Sharad Pawar Dental College And Hospital is a good college to pursue a dental course.

Placements: There were no placements in college. Students after completion of course mostly chose for self-employment, and few joined as a tutor in colleges to teach. Many students continue their practices even after course completion. Some students pursue post-graduation after the course.

Infrastructure: There is a state of the art infrastructure and facilities. There are food court facilities available in the college. There is Wi-Fi enabled in the college, and there are skill labs. There are frequently updated books in the library with journals available. There is separate annexure with devoted OTs and wards with dedicated paramedical staff.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. Faculty are with 12-15 years of teaching experience and always supportive. The course is entirely relevant and helps students to emerge as good doctors. Faculty always support and help to clear all fundamental doubts.

Other: I choose this course because I always wanted to be a dentist as I find this profession as my area of interest. Major events are GFC and Energia conducted in the college.

The most disciplined dental college in Maharashtra.

Placements: Our college provides good placement opportunities to students after completion of the course. Students from our village opt for post graduation after completing their course. The stipend offered is Rs. 1,500 per month which is low compared to PG fellowship stipend which is much higher. Almost 90% of the students after completing bachelors do internship from college only.

Infrastructure: The campus is spread over around 140 acres. The campus has a medical college, a dental college, a nursing college, one ayurvedic college and 2 high schools. It's 8 km away from the city of Wardha, and our dental college is considered to be the 2nd best dental college in Maharashtra. Our college provides free Wi-Fi facility all over the campus. A food court is available where people love to hang out.

Faculty: Sharad Pawar Dental College offers bachelor courses and 9 other postgraduate courses for specialising in dentistry, oral surgery, pedodontics, periodontology, conservatives dentistry, oral pathology and microbiological, public health dentistry, orthodontics, oral medicine and radiology.
