Its the best education that you can think of.
Placements: Since it's just the beginning of college, placements aren't that many, but the ones that come are really good and interesting. The highest placement till date was INR 80k, as far as I know. And lots of passed-out batches have gotten into placements and are doing fine.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are great. The teachers here are all really friendly and help you in every situation. They are highly educated and student-friendly. They know what they are doing. You get a very high-quality education system.
Faculty: The exams here are pretty tough since they come from Sikkim University, which is run by the government board. Students are really competitive and are worth their hard work. Semester exams are printed very well and tough, which has a very good rate of making students successful.
Other: My batch of students is really competitive. I chose this course since I am into computers.

Glimpse of Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology, Sikkim.
Placements: The placement facilities are not so good at this college, maybe because it is newly established. The companies that come for placement are not offering good packages to students, but I think it will improve with time.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Labs are well set up and equipped. The library facility is also good, and classrooms are decent. However, smart classrooms are not available, and hostel facilities are still not offered. I hope smart classrooms will be set up in the future, along with hostel facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, but many teachers teach in Nepali, which could create a language barrier for non-Nepali students. The faculty-to-student relationship is also good. The course curriculum is well designed, covering all the necessary real-world applications. We have to appear for three exams per semester, and the difficulty level of the exams is medium.
Other: I have a passion for teaching, so I chose B.Teach in Computer Science and Engineering. The course is slightly difficult but offers a wonderful experience. Our college hosts an annual fest called AIKYAM, and that is super fun! Other extracurricular activities like Sports Week and the Annual Function can also be seen in the college.
