The college is just to get a degree.
Placements: 0% of students in my course got placed at this college. The highest placement was offered to a B.Com. student, which was INR 4 LPA. The only recruiting company here is IDFC. Only 5% of students got internships in other courses. Only the basic roles of an intern are offered here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. There's no Wi-Fi available except for the library. Lab equipment is in very poor condition and is very old. Classrooms are not digital. The library is very basic. The mess and canteen food quality are unbearable. Medical facilities are of no use. Sports and games are just for namesake.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is the only good thing of this college. Course is curriculum relevant but does not make students industry ready. Semester exams are difficult if you are an average student but if you are studious you can score good. Passing percentage here is 60%.
Other: I chose this course because it gives me a lot of opportunities for my future. I wish it was more industry-oriented. College is very poor in terms of festivals and events. Only a few get-togethers are organized here. And extracurricular activities are only for those who are overactive.

Faculty and infrastructure are average, but there are no placements.
Placements: Placement rates are poor, as there was zero placement in several previous years. Students are doing extra courses or gaining extra skills and gaining placement or internships by themselves. There are no recruiting companies at this college. It can change, but for now, there are no placements till date.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, as there are labs for the Chemistry department, the Industrial Chemistry department, the Botany department, the Zoology department, and the Physics department. Classes are big, but one class has around 200 to 300 students, which cannot sit in one room. If you come first, you can get a seat; otherwise, you cannot. The hostel is only for girls, and boys are not allowed there.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are average. As teachers teach and go, it's up to the students; some understand and some do not. Teachers do not show interest in making students industry-ready, they only teach from a book and go, and sometimes they are unable to complete half of the syllabus, but they conduct exams. Exams are semester-based and follow the NEP and CBCS patterns. Pass rates are increased because of the CBCS pattern, but marks are very low.

I think it is one of the best colleges ever in Gorakhpur city.
Placements: There are no placements in the B.Sc course. A lot of programs are organised for better guidance of students and about their future.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. The environment is very good. It has a lot of plants. Classrooms and practical labs are available. The equipment is sufficient. The library is good. Only a girls hostel is available. Sport faculty members are excellent.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and good. They always motivate the student to achieve well in their life. Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry subjects have star faculty members. A diploma course is also there in 3rd-year industrial Chemistry Diploma which would be helpful in future for our job.
Other: The discipline of college is very good. Our college conducts a lot of extracurricular activities, which help us to grow.

It is a good college for studies and all-around development.
Placements: The maximum number of students were placed from our course. The highest and the lowest salary packages vary from student to student. Top MNCs of Gorakhpur visit here to recruit them. The roles offered by MS are BPO, voice, non-voice and other HR-related posts. The placements are quite simple here.
Infrastructure: Life on the campus is quite exciting every day. There is also a well-settled library inside the college premises. The classrooms are quite big and spacious. There are all kinds of sports facilities in our college. The quality of food served in the mess is quite good.
Faculty: The curriculum of the course is well organised and is set by highly efficient professionals. The faculty members here are well qualified, and their teaching methods are excellent. There was an entrance examination, and students who passed the 12th class were eligible for it. The forms were filled online, and the application fee of the form was around Rs. 500. The process will be more transparent.
Other: I chose this course because I am a civil services aspirant. This course will help me in preparing for subjects of civil services exams. The college used to organise annual fests and sports events.

    Review of St. Andrew's College.
Placements: I got placed through our placement cell in ICICI Lombard as a technology manager. The experience, interview, and salary packages were good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. Canteen was the best.
Faculty: Teachers were approachable with exams and everyone. They were experienced. Exams were conducted always on time. The management was good. The best thing about our college was notes were shared properly by students.
Other: Due to the infrastructure, fests and activities were always good. It was great to be a part of Andrew's College. I would recommend joining this college.

I'm absolutely satisfied because of the really good teachers and good placements offered in 2019.
Placements: About 60% of students got placements from our college. The highest salary offered was Rs. 65,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. The top recruiting company here was Cadila. Some students got internships from our college. Top roles offered by our college were very exciting.
Infrastructure: The facilities were good in our college like Wi-Fi and well-managed classrooms. The library was very exciting, and the quality of food served was very good in the mess that I couldn't be lived. Many types of games were available in our college.
Faculty: The teachers here were very helpful with our studies. Their teaching quality was very nice. The curriculum was very interesting that I couldn't believe. Semester exams were quite tough. However, we had managed our studies and studied our subjects well. So I am thankful for all teachers.
Other: Biology was the best. The thing which should be improved is that management quota students should be relieved.
