    Review of St. George's College.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, MRF, etc., come here.
Infrastructure: The campus has a big playground for different sports. There is also an amphitheater. A library is available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They are good and knowledgeable.
Other: I chose this course as I like it.

It is a good college for middle-class people.
Placements: Around 45% of students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, HCL, Federal Bank, South Indian Banks, etc. The average salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA - 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. This course equipped students mostly with team play and leadership skills.
Infrastructure: The facilities are the best in this college. The classrooms are average. There is a new library block. The canteen is also good and has been built recently. There are two hostels for girls but not for boys which is an area to be looked after. Medical facilities are very few. This college promotes sports, and a lot of tournaments and events related to sports are conducted regularly.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are the best. They are highly educated, knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating at the same time. Overall, the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good in many areas, but they lack in organising internships. But the students get many other supporting factors which is a supplement for that. The semester exams are not hard, and most students can crack them easily.
Other: This course provides the best quality education, and many fests are held. I would like this college to arrange internships, and other extra computer-based courses. This college should provide boys' hostel as well.

The college is average and well-disciplined.
Placements: In my course, 50% of students were placed in various companies. The highest package offered by various companies was 3.6 LPA, the lowest package was 2 LPA, and the average package was 2.4 LPA. TCS, Wipro, SIB, Federal Bank, etc., come here. There are no internships in my course. Associate, BPS, etc., roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are average in size. The library is big enough and has been built recently. The hostel food is quite good. We had non-veg almost 5-6 days a week. Medical facilities are very few. There are different sports events in the college like volleyball, cricket and football tournaments.
Faculty: Since the course is finance and taxation, there are the best teachers. They are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is perfect. As there are no internships, I wouldn't say that the course makes students industry-ready. If you study well, the semester exams are quite easy.
Other: I chose this course because I would like to become an accountant. I would like the course to have internships every semester. There is Comfest for commerce students.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty, but it has good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is not that good. The college does not offer many internships as the college is based on theoretical teaching only and not practical teaching. This is a huge disadvantage of the placement cell. Since I had 2 backlogs, I was unable to attend any placement drives or internships. Around 2 of my friends got placed in Infosys, 2 in MRF, and a few others opted for PG. I decided to do MCA after clearing my backlogs. The college and departments provide full support and send you to go on various placement drives conducted by various companies like Infosys, Cognizant, MRF, etc. There are no start-ups or any other facilities for students.
Infrastructure: One of the negatives of our college is that the hostel facility is available only for girls. Most of the students are day scholars, and many are residents within a radius of 40 meters. So, there is no need for hostels. But private hostels are available in the surroundings.
Faculty: The faculty members are supportive. The old management was liberal and we enjoyed it a lot, but the new management and our principal are strict and not up to the mark.
Other: Our college celebrates almost every celebration like Onam, college day, coma arts festival etc. The college management supports the celebrations, and I like it a lot.

Thank you for showing your interest in St. George's College. It is not compulsory to stay in the college hostel while you are pursuing the academic course from here. However, you can also stay in the PGs, hostels or with flatmates near to the college as per your convenience.
