My expectation is that the placement facilities are lacking in this college.
Placements: In our college, there are good placement facilities with the highest package of 15 lakhs per annum and the lowest of 4 lakhs per annum, but my expectation of the highest package is 24 lakhs per annum. However, we have to strive for a higher package with more knowledge. Many students have secured internships in their respective places.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, with more facilities available in our college, such as Wi-Fi, labs with new equipment, and a library. The college hostel is well-maintained and clean, especially the washrooms, and provides food and electricity facilities. They also offer medical emergency services in both the college and hostel. Cultural activities are conducted every semester.
Faculty: The lectures are proficient in skills, and they also assist us in learning new skills and knowledge; they have completed their Ph.D. Our course is not curriculum-based. The semesters are challenging; if we only study before the exam, passing becomes difficult. We have to study well to pass. The passing percentage in our college is 45 percent.

Review of St. Joseph's Institute of Management.
Placements: Our college provides 100% placements. They have a distinct placement process where they provide opportunities for every student to attend 12 interviews until they get selected. If one got an offer, then they are not allowed to attend for the rest of the campus interviews, so there are 100% placements here.
Infrastructure: I was a day scholar, but all the students are asked to take their breakfast and lunch from the college. The quality of food was questionable at times, but on college functions and programs or colloquium, the food was awesome, so we had a good cafeteria set up.
Faculty: The college has wonderful excellent and experienced faculty members. They are just outstanding in their profession. They are really good and excellent in forming a responsible leader because it's our college vision to do so. We had an excellent course curriculum and learning the culture as per Harvard Business School.
Other: I have chosen an MBA as the course pattern followed here was excellent.

One of the worst colleges I have ever seen.
Placements: The placements are very less active. Fewer students were placed in our course with the highest package of 6 lakh per annum and the lowest of 2 lakh per annum in companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc. 2 students got internships in other sectors with roles in business management.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, but they provide poor facilities like Wi-Fi facilities with limited connections, labs are provided with old equipment, the library is provided but limited books are available. The hostel facilities are not good at all; they provide food which is not having any taste, no Wi-Fi facilities in the hostel, sports and cultural events are conducted for every semester.
Faculty: The teachers are good and they are very kind in helping students to learn new skills and knowledge. The course curriculum does not make students industry-ready. The semesters are so difficult; we have to study and work hard to get good marks.

Value and learning are more focused. Students who wish to take up sales can have a colorful future.
Placements: It is the best college in TamilNadu for its education system, which is entirely different from traditional learning. I can proudly say that our college is the best for students who want to reach heights in sales and marketing. The best college to get placements in the sales and marketing field. A place that gives more importance to values and ethics more than marks and grades. Faculty members are more like friends. They care for students in every move. They take time in moulding each student.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are good. It has A/C classrooms, spacious auditorium, a kiosk for group discussion, good cafeteria, learners corner, 24*7 Wi-Fi etc. MBA students have a sports period, and the facilities like table tennis room, shuttle court, volleyball and throw ball court are available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are open to students' suggestions. There are about 15 professors for 240 students. Many CEO speeches are conducted, at least once a month that helps one to understand the industry well. The college provides more time for understanding case studies that help students to get hands-on experience about the outside world.
Other: Many events are organised by students and are guided by faculty. The college has club events that help students to come up with innovative ideas. We start our day with a newspaper session which no other college has. We are given about 20 minutes to read the newspaper.

Absolutely disqualified because of the poor facilities available in this College.
Placements: The college placements are not good and are low, with the highest package of 8 lacks per annum and the lowest of 2.5 lacks per annum. Companies visited, and some students got an internship based on their talents. The roles offered are in Business Management.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, but poor facilities are available, like Wi-Fi with a poor Internet connection. And there will be a classroom, but it's not cleaned. But a library is provided, where we can get subject-related books. Hostel facilities are not good at all. The mess is cleaned, but the quality of food is very bad, and we are not able to eat. Sports and cultural events are conducted.
Faculty: Lecturers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching helps us to get good marks in exams, and our course is not curriculum-based. The semesters are difficult, but the teachers help us to get a good percentage in the exams, and 45 percent of marks is the passing percentage of our college.
