It is an average college, but you have to find a job on your own.

Placements: As it is a government college, there are no placements. You have to find a job on your own. But the department is very good with top-class teachers and professors. They guide and refer many news channels and portals to hire passing out students for internships and jobs. But that is not officially. Professors have their sources, so they do this for some students.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members and teaching styles.

Placements: More or less 35 percent of students got placed in B.Com (H). The highest package offered was 4 Lacs per annum, the average was 2-3 L. P. A. And the lowest was about 50 thousands per annum. Top recruiting companies for this course were namely Tata Consultancy Services, Nestle, Amul, etc. About 30 percent got internship in Nestles and TCS. The role placed by our course was focusing on practical business skill which helped in placement.

Almost all the departments are good.

Placements: 90% students were placed in B.Sc chemistry honors course. It is not an engineering college, it is a general degree college. All the courses are good. Some percentage of students got internships in some companies and they are working well now.

This college is better than what you are probably expecting.

Placements: It is not a great college for placements. With a Bachelor's degree, you cannot go with the expectation of being placed. You have to do a master's.

It is another name of excellence.

Placements: College placements were very good. But no internships were offered. After passout, I am working as an IT executive in Himalaya Opticals, head office, Bowbazar. The teachers were very helpful. Extraordinary and catchy study line helped to achieve goals and helps one step to reach our careers.

Our college has extremely good facilities and mind-blowing faculty members.

Placements: About 30% of students are placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA, the lowest is Rs. 45,000 per annum, and the average ranges from 1 LPA to 1.5 LPA. The companies, including TCS, HUL, and Infosur, were approached for recruiting. Around 30% of students got internships at all the companies that approached the campuses. The roles offered are such that they act as a helping hand for all students to understand the basics and interview tips.

I am absolutely satisfied with good faculty and facilities.

Placements: Students not more than 25% were placed in this course. The package offered was also not so sound as the highest salary package was 2 LPA, the lowest salary package went up to Rs.45,000 per annum and the average was not more than Rs.85,000 per annum. A list of recruiting companies includes Nestle, Infosys, TCS, etc. This course helps students to develop their understanding of commerce.

I am satisfied with the good faculty members and placements.

Placements: About 45% of the students were placed in B.Com (H) course. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 1 LPA - 2 LPA. The lowest was Rs. 95,000 per annum. Top companies like ITC, Tata Consultancy Services, ICICI Bank, etc. visit the campus. About 40% of the students got internships in ITC. Our course plays a significant role in grabbing practical aspects which acts as an important help in placement interviews.

This college is located in a good place, near to the bus stand and main road.

Placements: Above 50% for general students and 45% for SCC/SC/handicap students are required to be eligible for placements. I don't know which companies recruit students here. Above 65% of students applied for internships in private companies, and the top roles offered in accounting and finance are CA, CMA, banking etc.

This college is average, good for bachelor's degree as it is backed by Calcutta University.

Placements: Our college does not provide stable placements after the completion of B.Com honors. As in today's market, a master's degree is very important for getting good placements. The companies which offer the job are generally for the delivery boy or the back office low ranking jobs, also the companies are much eager to offer jobs to the students with other additional course studies like CA or CMA, etc.

It has a good infrastructure, good lab facility, eminent teachers, and high academic activities.

Placements: There are no placements after B.Sc.(Hons) in chemistry. At this undergraduate level, only one day internship/visit to a company was done when the whole procedure was offline. Maybe they have a placement cell this year 2021 for some small jobs.

Review of Surendranath College.

Placements: There is no placement facility in our course. Students from our batch either opt for higher studies or started preparing for government exams. Therefore, students did not receive any packages. No companies visit for recruitment, and students do not get internships too.

Surendranath is one of the well-established heritage colleges under Calcutta University.

Placements: A very less percentage of students got placed with the help of college. There aren't as such placement companies that come for placements of students. One has to rely on off-campus placements rather than college placements. There are no such offers that are offered by the college.

It is a decent college, and here you will get what you pay for.

Placements: I am in the last semester of my graduation. I have not received any placement calls or emails till now. None of our seniors has received any placement offers from college. If you want placement guaranteed colleges, then join other colleges.

The college is very popular in university, and In NAAC review, it always carried a good grade.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our course. In our course, the highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Mainly our course is based on research mediated, so many medical, food, beverages and pharmacy companies are recruiting our students like Amul, Tata, Dr Reddy's, etc. Almost 50% of the students got internships from our course in Equionex and Fabiosys Innovation. It was a good college during our course duration.

Placements: The course is not for any job placements. The course only offers degrees for a name. Government is just spending money without getting anything.

I am absolutely satisfied with our college.

Placements: Our college does not provide any placements, and only one or two companies visit here for call centre jobs. Students are studying accounts and finances, but they were getting offers from call centres, which is really a pathetic experience.

Our college is one of the best in Kolkata since 2015, and most of its students are successful.

Placements: Mostly 60% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 60,000, and the lowest package is 20,000. The top news houses recruit students from our course, like ABP Ananda, Zee 24 Ghanta, Red FM, Radio Mirchi etc. 3% of students got internships in Zee 24 Ghanta, Bartaman and Ananda Bazar Patrika. Reporter and content writer roles are offered in our course.

It is good to study here as teaching and non-teaching staff members are helpful enough.

Placements: In 1st year, our college takes admission of a large number of students unofficially with extra charges. Seats are limited. In zoology honors, there was no minimum value for graduation. The rate was fixed, and it was around Rs. 10,000 for 3 years. After graduation, students can choose different kinds of academic careers like IIT, M.Sc, etc.
