    Short review of SLS Pune.
Placements: As I'm in the first year, I don't know much about the placements, but what I know after talking with the seniors is that most students who apply for placements get one. The average package that anyone can get from SLS Pune lies between 800k and 1000k rupees.
Infrastructure: The college provides every basic amenity, including Wi-Fi and a smart board, and the only thing they lack is they do not have ACs in classrooms. And the campus itself is not a very big one. I live in the hostel, and in the hostel, we have to share a room with 2 people. Which is a slight problem, and the food of the hostel is adequate to eat on a few occasions as it is full of oil. The college canteen is great, and the sports infrastructure is decent, as they have a football court, basketball, lawn tennis, and volleyball courts to play on, and medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is great and very knowledgeable. A few of the faculty members graduated from the top foreign universities and have experience as high as 30 years of teaching, and they are very student-friendly; they help us with all our doubts, and they have also given us their personal mobile numbers and mail in cases of emergency and for any help outside of the college. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate and gives examinations with 100 percent options available.
Other: Several events take place in SLS Pune, which include Symphoria for first-year students and SYMBHAV, their biggest cultural event.

Good college, good placement, good faculty.
Placements: The placement scenario at this college is decent but could be improved. With about 10 out of 400 students securing placements, the success rate is roughly 25%. Top recruiters like AZB and Khaitan offer opportunities, with an average starting salary of Rs. 700,000. Nearly all students participate in internships, which is a good sign of professional development.
Infrastructure: The college provides all basic facilities, ensuring students have access to essential resources for their education. However, the hostel services are subpar, with issues such as inadequate maintenance and below-average living conditions. Improvements in this area are necessary.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent, offering quality teaching and helpful guidance. The curriculum is regularly updated, ensuring it remains relevant and practical. Additionally, semester exams are easy to manage, thanks to structured coursework and well-designed assessments.
Other: Overall, the college is good, but you have to work hard to achieve what the college is capable of providing.

Really good academic curriculum but a bad student life.
Placements: SLS Pune graduates can be seen as senior partners and partners of the tier-one law firms in almost every sector of law. Placements can be taken only when you are eligible enough to join a firm of that rank. The college always performs its duty to bring the best firms and companies in this country with the best packages. It all depends on how you have performed in the 5 years of your undergraduate education.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, facilities, and hostels are better than average. The food will always be an issue, but that's a common problem faced by every student, no matter the university. Hostels are safe and secure, strict when it needs to be. But Viman Nagar, as an area, is also very unsafe because of all the development of new buildings taking place. People with not-so-good intentions see it as an opportunity to come to Viman, as it is a student area. So, I suggest staying in the hostel for the first year of college so that you can be familiar with the surroundings and learn how to keep yourself safe.
Faculty: Faculty is extremely helpful and qualified; they picked out the most eligible teachers ever. The B.A. faculty is kind of except political science. The law faculty is excellent when it comes to teaching and exams. Exams are not that hard, but maintaining a good score in a college that is extremely competitive is a challenge, provided that the grading system is also not very flexible.
Other: College fests are amazing, but the Law School campus is separate from the rest of the Symbiosis colleges. This keeps law students away from the actual fun of college life and fests and other social activities and events. The campus itself is frankly very boring. It's not that bad, but when you see the infrastructure of the other Symbiosis colleges’ campuses in Viman Nagar, you will understand how boring the law school building is. But it's okay, we do get better placements than the rest of the Symbiosis crowd.

You will not be able to enjoy campus life here.
Placements: Only about 200 students out of 400-450 apply for placements. Around 140–130 people get placed on campus. The highest placement in the previous year was about 17 LPA, the average was around 11 LPA, and the lowest was about 6 LPA. Some of the top companies that visit our campus are AZB and Partners, ACM Legal, BMR Legal, etc. Many students get internships from our college, but it is not possible to provide internships to 500 students. Our college makes students capable of finding good internships by conducting many events on campus as well as off campus. Some of the top roles offered are not any different from those at other colleges. People with a legal family background can get practice under lawyers. Some students get jobs in top companies. Many students land up in average companies, and quite a few people go for further studies.
Infrastructure: At our college, Wi-Fi is available, but we are unable to use Spotify. In some parts of our college, we are unable to make a call. We recently got smart boards in our classrooms. Air conditioning is available in the labs but not in the classrooms. The library is quite average, not as spectacular as you might imagine by looking at the fee structure. Law students are currently sharing the campus with students of international studies and liberal arts. We have small basketball and football fields on our campus. We do have good medical facilities at our college, and we get free treatments there. The canteen is a little expensive. Hostel facilities are fine but not that good. It is not air-conditioned. Students are also unable to use Spotify or any social media apps via hostel Wi-Fi. Worms and insects have been found in food three to four times this year. Only the girls' hostel is on campus. The boys' hostel is located off campus, as are two other girls' hostels. Students need to walk to reach them.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and quite supportive. Not all of them are good. Some are supportive, while others are only concerned with completing the syllabus. We get a lot of assignments, which shows how well they train students. Symbiosis is good for students who want to work in the corporate sector because it conducts many activities that prepare them for the corporate environment. They are also very competitive, which can be unhealthy at times. Semester exams are not that tough. You will get through them quite easily.
Other: Our college conducts fests. There is a three-day fest every year called Symbhav. It is pretty fun, but the crowd here is not that friendly and supportive. Bullying of not-so-popular kids by popular kids is still prevalent here. Some people also talk badly about students who are not well-versed in English. Scholarships are provided, but they have many criteria that very few people are able to fulfill. For instance, your family income should be less than 2 LPA. I will only recommend this college to students who take out loans. It is not worth it. It will be better if you get into NLU. It will also save you money and improve your life.

Our college is the best and amazing law school with decent infrastructure and environment.
Placements: All the students will not get placements. Around 80% of students get placed is good. The highest salary package offered is 14-15 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is 5 LPA. Companies like Flipkart, Vedantu, etc. come for placements. Students have to do internships from the campus or outside the campus.
Infrastructure: Hostel is available only for girls. Boys can take a flat or go for a private hostel. Library is huge with many new and old books. Classrooms are well-furnished and air-conditioned. There is not a piece of paper on the floor. Every year the college arranges sports day programs and many competitions like music, singing, dance, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and few of them are PhDs. They not only provide theoretical knowledge but also give practical knowledge of the law. Teaching quality is good as there is a less teacher-student ratio. The course curriculum provides a holistic view of learning every semester.
Other: I chose this course because I love law and want to become LLM as it is my dream. I liked the admission process, and it was average. All the students can get admission here. Admission criteria is to score 80% marks in the 12th which is simple.

It is an absolutely amazing college, with good campus life and vivacious peers.
Placements: Almost 75% of students get placed in tier-1 law firms, and some of the very well-qualified students even bag internships followed by PPOs, i.e., pre-placement offers at tier-one law firms of the world, like Link Later, and SLS ensures academic prosperity because of which students themselves are so capable of securing amazing jobs.
Infrastructure: Everything here is simply amazing. The hostels and vibes go hand in hand with the weather of Pune. Honestly, the food is so good. The staff are also very polite.
Faculty: The course curriculum is amazingly relevant and taught by highly qualified professors, which helps us gain the maximum knowledge and reach the highest pedestal of knowledge. It combines B.A. and LL.B. integrated honours, which grooms us to be adept in the field of law.
