My Review of TAPMI. It's been really good going so far !

Placements: TAPMI has got a dubious distinction of having 100% placements over the years. Moreover, the quality of profiles is quite good and the average pay is Rs.10.5 Lacs. From Deloitte, GEP, HSBC, CITI, ITC, Capgemini, Ford are few names from a great list of recruiters. Internship Companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, Amul, Yes Bank, Wipro, Infy make sure you have big names to vouch for. We also have a lot of startups hiring interns at our Institute. The average stipend has been around Rs.50,000 this ye...

Why or why not TAPMI (at a glance)

Placements: Placement details stated at college website are more or less reliable in terms of the number of companies, profile offered, packages ( fixed/variable fluctuation is comparatively less ). CRISIL does audit about placement details. But profiles are not up to the mark in most of the cases. Especially very less number of core finance and marketing profiles are actually offered. Finance interested people are suggested prioritize BKFS over PGDM finance major. Students solely manage it and considering ...

Quality investment. Honest memories.

Placements: There are quality placements. 400+ students were placed. They are maintaining 10+ LPA packages. If we take the first 150 placement offers, it would be just like top 10 B-schools of India. It has one offer-one student policy. The placement team is managed by the students' committee. Placements generally start in the month of October.

TAPMI: Substantial learning and serendipity.

Placements: The most common profile offered at TAPMI is of financial sales. The companies, rather the sector that has taken the maximum talent out of TAPMI, is the banking sector, The highest package offered: 21 lacs pa, lowest: 7.5 lacs pa, average: 10.2 lacs pa. The kind of roles and locations majorly depend upon the skills and determination of the student placement committee elected by the students of the batch and validated by the faculty. Companies that offered a high range of packages are Microsoft, ...

TAPMI - the next big thing in educational circle.

Placements: Average placement was done at 10.09 lacs per annum with more than 100 companies visiting the campus. The highest was close to 18 lacs per annum. This was for the first time that the average pay structure crossed 10 lacs per annum for TAPMI. Scenic environment around the campus.

Placements: The college ensures that it maintains its 100% placement record each year. The average package was around 10lpa for the batch of 2015-17. Very reputed companies such as Deloitte, Capgemini, ICICI, and some startups participate in the placements. The opportunity presented for the summer internship is also ample with a good chance of obtaining pre-placement offers and pre-placement interviews with reputed companies.

Good campus, better education, best placements.

Placements: Placements in TAPMI can be categorized into two i.e internships and final placements. For both, TAPMI is known for its 100% placement record each year. Established brands to small startups, there are a number of companies that visit TAPMI for their summer interns. Impressed with the work, they offer PPO for the interns. Every student here gets placed with a minimum package which is way higher than industry minimum. The average package kept on increasing from its establishment and now its 10.05 ...

Want strong academics but with a tough curriculum? Join Tapmi.

Placements: Good with respect to other tier 2 colleges. You may expect most big brands to come but can't expect a lot on the profiles they offer. The average salary for my batch was 9.2 LPA and has been consistently rising. Everyone gets placed always. For finance, you will get all the top companies including some investment banks and big 4 with a decent package. Marketing is also good but if you are looking for core ops or HR, they do not really have much to offer.

The crowd is highly diversified and there is a lot to learn for freshers from experienced batch mates. The location is the only concern for the college. Rest everything else is really good.

The academic rigor is extremely high with a strict no-compromise on the minimum grade that a student must have to be eligible to continue the program. Despite this, the students have their own elements of fun through their involvement in various clubs, events and cultural fests. It teaches how to manag...

The college has AACSB accreditation and a unique case-based pedagogy which makes it quite different from other B-Schools. There is a strong emphasis on the practical application of the concepts. The academic rigor is extremely high and can be quite taxing. The college places a good emphasis on the holistic development of the individual and hence lays emphasis on participation in extra-curricular activities, sports, participation in other college events etc. However, there is a restriction in tha...
