Renowned companies are coming every week and telephonic and skype rounds are used as a medium of interview. Selected students can further go on to physically meet the panel in later rounds but only limited number of such cases have happened as far as I know as a lot many companies are international based so all the rounds and selection are done via skype and telephonic interaction only.
