The review of Techno India-Batanagar.

Placements: I'll prefer not to get admitted to this college. The climate on the campus is bad, and the teaching is also not good. At this budget range, many better colleges are available than this. The students who are closer to the teachers will get higher priority, i.e., there is a partiality in this college.

Absolutely satisfactory because of lab and faculty.

Placements: Company comes very often and as the college is very new so the placement rate not so much high. Some of our senior students had got placed in reputed company like tcs, wipro, etc. Average salary offered by company's are 15,000. generally the students are recruited for the post of manager. The placement cell is quite good. All the teacher gives a good effort for campusing.

Bad decision taken in choosing a good college.

Placements: Well, saying about my stream, i.e. civil because I don't know about other but am sure is not at all good. Now, it's my final year or 6th semester, but only 2 students have got the job one at Galacon, Hyderabad and the other for a surveyor. While admission it was promised there will be 100% placements, but there is no college campusing all are either pool campusing or from students giving the exam like SSC or rail exams etc.

Not good for the future of your study.

Placements: The placement is very bad, no scope for core, seniors are pretty much good, no company visited in our colleges you have to go other branches of techno group of colleges, yes there is a placement cell, but their work is only maintained data and nothing. Overall the worst experience.

Emerging engineering college in Kolkata.

Placements: We are the first batch of this college. The placement in our batch was not good. The college was not able to place the students in the core areas. Many students are managed to get a job by their source and capability. Many students are pursuing their higher studies also. Recently the placement scenario has improved slightly.

TechnoIndia-Batanagar is a brand that says a lot.

Placements: Overall, 55 students got the job in the campus placements, and 45 students got the job through GATE. All the professors are good, and not only good, in my view, but they are also excellent. I get the job through GATE at ONGC. One of my friends got the job from campusing at Amazon, and the other one got at Google.

Good infrastructure and surrounding but an average college.

Placements: Our college had a good percentage of placement. Around 40 percent of the students were placed in the companies during campusing. The companies like Tata consultancy services, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Amazon, L&T, Wipro, etc., offered an average package of 2.5 lakhs per annum to the students of our college. The highest salary offered was 12 lakhs per annum. The placement cell helps us in getting in touch with many other companies for the internships. And many students got an internship from the ...

Very bad placements in 2015. Absolutely dissatisfied by the faculty.

Placements: Very poor placement cell. Students don't get jobs after completing his/her course. Placement cell is showing fake campaign. No single company visits this college. No single student got the internship from the college. No stipend is offered. Our seniors didn't get a job. Only 10% students were placed.

Good placements in 2016 which is the first batch in our college.

Placements: I got placed in Mphasis from college campus placement. Many companies came for placement. Software giants like TCS, Persistent, Intel hired the freshers from our college. Being the first batch in the college, almost everybody got hired from different companies. Core companies are also hired freshers apart from the software companies.

Please avoid this college, it has nothing, very poor placement, infrastructure, playground, location.

Placements: The college provides very poor placements. Instead, we can say that no placements are provided at all. This college provides no internships. This college runs only in the name of the Techno India brand; otherwise, it has no importance. There is a lower percentage of the students studying here. There were no campus placements in the last year. No internships were provided from the college.

A college that is good looking aesthetically but actually a below average college.

Placements: The placement happens in techno India pool campusing. The salaries varied from unpaid internships to about 12 lakh per annum being the highest package. No companies visited this campus, but a lot of reputed companies visited other colleges under techno India group, where our students were allowed to sit in. Many students were made to coordinate the whole process of assembling the candidates to calling them in for the interviews. As far as internships are concerned, our college does not provide, ...

Dissatisfied because of the poor placement in 2016 but the faculty members are really good.

Placements: Only 20% students got placed from our batch. Our batch is the first batch of the college, so there is no senior batch. Very few companies like Fi-Tek LLC, SK Projection, etc. visited our campus. We had to go to Techno India Main Campus for attending the campus recruitment process. Very few of the students were offered technical roles (engineering role), and the most of them were offered the role of 'business development officer', 'sales/marketing executive' etc. 5% students got an internship fr...

The highest salary offered by TCS at 2.8 lakh/annum, the lowest salary offered by Cognizant. All the students got internships from our college. Good infrastructure. Well-maintained garden. Sports are very good. Cultural events are good.

Placements: 10% of students were placed in our batch with salaries ranging from 2.4 to 3.6 LPA. One of the top recruiting companies is Pinnacle Infotech. Approximately 50-60% of students got internships after the 6th semester. The GET post is offered by the top companies. Other companies are hiring for marketing and sales. But why should we go for marketing and sales after studying Civil Engineering?

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2020 and 21, .

Placements: Through on-campus and off-campus recruitment processes, everyone in our batch is placed in various IT companies. During our time, we used to have pool campusing. We used to go to Techno India Salt Lake, and had to compete with other colleges under Techno as well. It's the same for any college under the Techno India group. But if you have a good grasp on programming, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms, you need not worry about that and you'll have ample opportunities to learn those. Th...
