Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's an analysis of the pros and cons:

    Pros:

    * Good Placements: Over 90% of students get placed annually, with top companies like ITC, ICICI, HDFC, and Jaro offering salaries ranging from INR3.5 LPA to INR12 LPA.
    * Experienced Faculty: Professors are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive, with most holding PhDs or NET qualifications.

    * Dual Specializations: The course allows students to choose two areas of specialization, giving them a broader perspective and enhanced employability.

    Cons:

    * Limited Corporate Exposure: Some students feel that the curriculum could benefit from more emphasis on practical corporate exposure.

Infrastructure and faculty members are good.
Placements: Placements here are very good. The average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiters are ITC, ICICI, Jaro, HDFC and many others, and thus they are providing students with good exposure to the corporate world. Internships here make us efficient and competitive.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped with systems and Wi-Fi in order to support projects and assignments assigned to us by our faculty members. The library here has books for every level of students, and we have books of known and prestigious authors. We have a conference hall along with other rooms which are well-equipped for professional discussions and meetings.
Faculty: The course keeps us well-informed with all the relevant knowledge. Teachers here are very helpful and well-knowledgeable. The teaching methodology is a little traditional, i.e., based on more the lecture system and less focus is laid on actual corporate exposure.
Other: The best thing about our course is it provides me with dual specialisation and give us a good hold over two streams of MBA. The campus is located in the university, so it keeps us aware of various matters.

    Review of University of Jammu.
Placements: TBS has a good record of placements as more than 90% of the students get placed every year. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. ITC and ICICI have been visiting our college and hiring students. This time internship session will be started, so in this lockdown due to COVID-19, it is difficult to know whether students got placed or not. Financial analysts and marketing roles are offered here.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure, along with better facilities to learn. Our college has a good library, classrooms and labs, but there are some Wi-Fi restrictions because of government regulations in Jammu and Kashmir. I have no idea about the hostel. Good sorts of cultural activities and games are played every year.
Faculty: There are highly qualified teachers in our college. They are always available to provide knowledge, to teach and share experiences. They are great motivators and helpful throughout the course to perform every task well. MBA course curriculum is changing and adapting the upgraded version of MBA from time to time.

Quite dissatisfied with the placements till now, but the infrastructure and facilities are good.
Placements: There are a total of 60 students, from which only 15 are getting placements, which is not very good and quite low for the rest of the batch. The highest package is 8-10 LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA, which cannot be called good enough for a candidate with an MBA degree.
Infrastructure: The Department of the Business School has in-built labs, e-classrooms, as well as a library. A Wi-Fi connection has been established this year, but most of the signals are jammed and various sites are banned. There is no hostel attached to the department, but there are a few attached to the university.
Faculty: The faculty of the Business School is qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is also great if only a person is interested in it. There are various subjects in the course to be studied. While the semesters are not too difficult nor easy, if you have studied well, you will manage.

Faculty is very good. Infrastructure is also good but placement is average .
Placements: Companies that visit our campus are usually from HR and finance department. Banks that visit are ICICI bank, HDFC bank etc. Mostly location of placement is within Jammu. The highest package offered is about 12 lac by JARO. Average package is around 4 lac.
Infrastructure: As far as I know, TBS department has top-class facilities and infrastructure like they have their own auditorium, computer labs, library, Wi-Fi facilities etc. University has a central library which is open 24*7. As I don't live in a hostel so I cannot tell much about it.
Faculty: Faculty is very good, professors are very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. This course helps students to prepare for industries and companies and for the overall development of their personality in a good way. The curriculum is also very well planned.

Good faculty and infrastructure but not good placements.
Placements: About 20-25 students gets placed from a batch of around 70 students. Mostly private sector banks are the major recruiters and recently some ed-tech companies such as Jaro Education have also started recruiting from our college. The average package is around 4 lac/annum.
Infrastructure: We do have a library, computer lab, placement cell office, smart classes with AC and hygienic bathrooms. Overall infrastructure is good but if you compare with any good B School then you will be a little dissapointed. The area of the campus is not very vast.
Faculty: Faculty is highly qualified, knowledgeable and probably the best you can get in the whole UT of Jammu & Kashmir. Almost all the faculty members have Ph.D. degrees and are NET qualified. You will surely love the faculty for their knowledge as well as their helping nature.

The infrastructure of the department is good, but I am not satisfied with the facilities provided.
Placements: Around 30-40% of the students got placed in our department. Top recruiting companies that offer jobs in our department are ICICI Bank and ITC. The highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Due to the pandemic in the world presently very less number of students are selected for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the department is better than the facilities provided. The department has Wi-Fi present on the campus, but the department does not provide access to the Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are highly qualified and are very generous to provide help whenever needed. Faculty members of the department are always ready to help their students whenever needed. I believe practical knowledge should be given utmost priority than theoretical knowledge.
Other: I opted for this course because it is my aim in life is to be an entrepreneur, and to achieve this, I have to learn more whereabouts of the industry which I am learning in this course. I wish to change or improve only one thing in the course is to have more practical knowledge than having only theoretical knowledge.
