College is average but it's name is only because of the students.

Placements: Well, the placement activities done by the college is good but I would like to say that in real life that is not enough. Only bright students can grab the given opportunities. They teach quants and reasoning from the first year which is good no doubt but students should also have to focus on technical things which would help them in the industry.

Review of United Group of Institutions - UGI Allahabad.

Placements: Placements rate is approximately 55% in our college. The highest salary package offered was 5.6LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Companies like Jaro, Policy Bazar, Just dial, etc., visited our campus for placements. Personality development, decent understanding about the theory part of commercial activities. Only 5% of the students got internships from college.

The infrastucture is good, but there is no Wi-Fi facility. The faculty and placements are not good.

Placements: Placements in the college are not that good because all the companies which visit our institute are finance and marketing companies. Core companies also visit the college, but they offer less salary package, and they give joining letter for the probation period. As like last year, Mahindra visited our institution and offered the salary package of around Rs. 8,500 per month. The college wants to place the maximum number of students in IT-sector but not in the core sector. All the students who got...

Get face value, but no place value.

Placements: Placements of the college are good, in fact, the best in Allahabad, but if you're aiming for a sharp career from the placements in the first place, then it's not good. In my last year, I got placement in 3 companies, but none of them was appealing as the package along with the prospects is not a healthy return on investment.

Knowledge-less and merciless faculty, hunting students mentally are present here.

Placements: Many companies are coming for placement. About 60% students are placed. Due to some reasons, only half of them are going to take the job, and the remaining are going to PSUs. Some good companies were coming like Mahindra, Infosys, TCS and HCL. Mainly, IT companies are coming for placement.

Don't go for it, better you do B.Sc.

Placements: Don't depend on the placements in this college. They only focus on the students who have above 70 percent and will give their best to place those students only. The companies which come for the placement are not very much reputed and only give the package of 2-3 lacs per annum.

Very bad college for girls. Boys can somehow manage but not for girls.

Placements: The placement ratio is very bad here. Only 3 students out of 100 can get placed. The students don't know what they are learning. Teachers only focus on theory part, but the practical knowledge of the students is very low. Only Infosys, Hero cycles, call centre companies visit the college. The role offered to students is to sell the products or take care of customers. The highest package was 5lakhs per annum.

Review on UGI college for B. Tech and for those who choose this college.

Placements: The companies like Infosys, Epic Recruitment, and Daffodil have visited in the year 2017. On an average, annual packages of 2L to 3L were offered. Only students with 60% or above in 10th and 12th, and 70% marks in B. Tech have got the placements in the year 2017. Of all, 30 students were recruited by Infosys. One student was selected by Daffodil as well. In the past year, a student was selected in Infosys with an annual package of 4L to 4.5L, but after the training in Infosys, he did not get the...

It used to be a nice college till around 2010 but the greedy lords started employing college pass outs as teachers which has deteriorated the standard of the education in the college. I was lucky that I got campus placed and trust me you have to be really lucky to get campus placement in this college. As far as mechanical engineering is concerned, it would be better to stay away. The faculty members are worst in civil and mechanical departments.

Not a good college at all. Campus placement are zero in this college. Faculty is not up to the mark. The lab facility is the worst and this college is not able to provide any kind of support to its students. Better to think about some other college as this college is not worth of the fees they demand.

Just do not go there to pursue bachelor's.

Placements: There are no placement criteria; basically, they just show and, at last, do not do anything with placement because they basically do not promote talents; they just provide you with irritating things that you do not want to do, like making attendance, which of course you do not want to come.
