Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital (VMMC & SJH) and St. Stephen's College of Nursing are reputable institutions but there are some differences :

1- For St. Stephen's College of Nursing the admission in NEET in Round 5  was based on Rank 213434 whereas in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College the Rank was145317. 

2- The overall rating in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was also higher as 3.8 as compared to St. Stephen's College of Nursing.

The number of courses offered in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital is also more as compared to Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital. It is 39 courses offered in Vardhman and 12 courses in St Stephan college.Thus i think Vardhman is much better as compared to other college.

Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital (VMMC & SJH) is a prestigious medical college that accepts NEET entrance exam. The primary entrance exam for MBBS admissions is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The overall eligibility crietria for Admission is 60% in 10+2.

My preference for the course is B.Sc followed by masters in MD and MBBS which all accepts NEET exam.

Admission criteria for B.Sc courses at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital depend on the following qualifications: -10+2, Physics, Chemistry with Biology and minimum 55% marks, in the aggregate of General Candidates and 50% marks for reserved category candidate.The primary objective of college is to provide education in the field of Nursing. Pass in 12th class of 10+2of CBSE with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology provided that the candidate has passed in each subject separately.VMMC NEET Cutoff 2023 for AIQ MBBS Seats is 107 and 113 for Round 1 and Round 2, respectively for the General Category. For State-Quota, the opening and closing ranks for VMMC MBBS are 1532 and 1556.

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is primarily required for admission to undergraduate medical and dental programs like MBBS and BDS. B.Sc programs typically do not require NEET. Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College was established in the year 2001 in the premises of Safdarjung Hospital and started accepting students from year 2002. Safdarjung Hospital is the attached hospital. Cutoff marks are announced only at the time of opening of portal. These are based on the seats available and trends of previous years. It has been observed that, in this college, cutoffs are getting lower and lower meaning more and more students are getting attracted to this college.
