I am satisfied with the graduation from XIME as a Business Analytics Major.
Placements: Within 50 days of the commencement of campus placements, more than 60% of Business Analytics students got placed. The top roles offered were consultant, key account manager, financial analyst, senior Analyst and analyst. The highest package for the business analytics batch is 22 lacs per annum and the lowest is 8.5 lacs per annum; the average is 10.8 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Big 4's, Salesforce, British Telecom, Society Gurale, Accenture, Oracle, Mc Donald's, Daimler, Alstom, etc. Almost all students got summer internships from my batch in companies like EY, KPMG, Tata Cummins, Dell, HDFC Bank, ICICI, etc.
Infrastructure: We have a big computer lab that can accommodate more than 80 students at a time. With Wi-Fi, smart boards and a sound system, we also have a design thinking and IOT lab. The quality of facilities in the hostel is pretty good, as every floor has washing machines and a water filter as well. The food quality is good, there is a doctor available on campus throughout the day and week, there is a football field for basketball and volleyball, badminton, and tennis courts, and a number of tournaments happen throughout the year. So overall, in XIME, sports and extracurricular activities are given importance and students are encouraged to participate in them.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty members here are very helpful and qualified; the teaching quality is good, and a relatively good grading system is in place for grading students. Yes, the curriculum is very industry-relevant, as topics like big data, data mining, Python, advanced Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI are taught separately as a subject and hands-on experience is given to students in these subjects, as these are the major topics for a Business Analytics student. Semester exams are moderate but it depends on the subject as well; the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I wanted to make my career in the corporate IT sector, so I chose business analytics as my major and finance as my minor. I have learned tools like Tableau and PowerBI for data visualization and Python for data extraction and analysis. I wish there were more projects to work on in courses, as the application of Python and other programming languages is very critical for B.A. students. There are provisions of a lot of events and extra curricular activities in the college, including an Annual winter fest as well as XIMERA, the annual fest that happens in Feb-March every year, cricket, football, Volleyball, and badminton Table tennis, basketball and other tournaments also happen multiple times. Different kinds of scholarships and awards are given every year on Independence Day.

A place for good learning and exposure.
Placements: In a span of 50 days, 50% of the students are placed. The highest package is 22 lacs, and the average is 10.85 lacs. Top companies like all Big 4, British Telecom, Society General, Sales Force, Accenture, Alstom, Daimler, Oracle Financial Services, and McDonalds. In my batch, around 85% got internships by February and the rest got them by May since the tenure for the internships is from May to July. A lot of roles were offered for placements, like consultant, strategic roles, etc.
Infrastructure: Its a well-equipped campus with classrooms with audio-visual aids to visualize effective teaching. The library has an extensive and wide collection of books and journals and we have an e-catalogue. Auditoriums and seminar halls equipped with modern technology are essential for various academic and industry-related presentations. They provide an on-campus hostel facility for all students. We have a gym for both boys and girls in their hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. We have some visiting facilitators who are in very good and reputable positions. The circuit is reliable and up-to-date with industry standards. We have a tri-semester program each year and the score is usually CGPA. Any CGPA greater than 6 is good. The passing CGPA for a degree is 5 CPGA.
Other: PGDM is one such course where we get more real-time experience in the corporate world. We have a lot of speakers who give us a lot of insights.

Satisfied with academics based curriculum and making industry ready students by college.
Placements: The number of students placed were nearly 60 -70%. The top recruiting companies are British Telecom, Infosys, EY, Dell. Top roles offered are Marketing manager, Operations management, Financial Analyst. The highest package offered is 22lakh and average package is around 8-10 Lacs. The internships are ongoing in the college as of now. Till now 40% students got internships in Dell, EY, British Telecom, Wrogn.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is good. The college has library, Wi-Fi connectivity with good speed, digital classrooms and also computer labs. The hostel facility is available. It is completely residential campus. Quality of food is good. Sports and games facility is available with some courts for basketball and badminton.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is good for some subjects. Some faculty are average. Course curriculum is relevant and also it makes students industry ready. The students need to utilise the facilities available in college to gain full benefit from what college is providing. The college is providing trimester system. It is easy to pass in exams with some efforts from students. The pass percentage is 99%. .
Other: The college can improve in conducting fest. Increase its campus size and develop sports infrastructure.

Placements: In Xime, the month of October marks the new season, brimming with anticipation, excitement and apprehension as well. By December, we had already placed 50% of the students, with the current highest package bagged by the Business Analytics students at 22 Lacs. Top recruiting companies that have come for placement and internships are Dell, EY, KPMG, British Telecom, Oracle, Infosys, Cummins and many more. The college offers courses in finance, marketing, HR, Operations and business analytics, along with leadership and strategic management courses, which help the students develop and grow in their academics as well as in their lives. In addition, we also have a credit for research papers, where the faculty guides the students to publish papers in the best journals, with the students imbibing immense knowledge during the course.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart boards, enabling the students and faculty to coordinate and communicate effectively. The library has access to the best of journals, like the ones included in Scopus and various other magazines, which provide tremendous knowledge. Students are supplied with Business Lies, The Economic Times and the Business Standard on a daily basis, helping them gain tremendous knowledge. The hostel rooms are clean and are provided with hot water and attached bathrooms. The Wi-Fi in the hostel also works 24/7, making it easier for the students to work from their rooms at any time of the day. The food available in the mess and canteen provides students with various options and the menu changes every two weeks after taking the recommendations of the students. On campus, we also have a doctor who is always available. The sports activities are a joy and the tournaments are conducted regularly for basketball, volleyball, table tennis, Football and throwball. The college also participates in various inter-college fests and tournaments.
Faculty: The professors are extremely qualified and come with work experience of more than 5 years in the corporate industry, and their real-life experiences in the field help the students relate to the subjects and examples very well. The course curriculum goes through changes every year and it is modified as per industry needs, making the students industry-ready.

Infrastructure: We have a good connectivity at campus along with best amenities which includes gym, cafeteria, library. We get decently good food which includes non veg for more than 6 days a week in some or other time of the day. Sports and games we have definite courts for sports and likewise are the equipment for the same .
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and approachable through the duration of course no matter what time of the day it is. Course is a trimester programme so it seems to be a bit hectic but over a period of time people get used to it and eventually perform well.
Other: All the activities go on in the campus with more than 15 clubs. Always something or other to explore new skillset and enjoy in the campus premises.

A good college for a PGDM course.
Placements: XIME prides itself on the fact that it strives to provide 100% placements to the students. The average packages for PGDM students are INR 10.83 LPA and INR 10.3 LPA for PGDM Business Analytics. The highest package till now is INR 22 LPA and most of the big companies such as EY, KPMG, Infosys, Oracle, Accenture, and British Telecom come for placements and these companies also offer internships to students. Most of these companies come in for the roles of consultant and analyst.
Infrastructure: The college provides all the necessary infrastructure for its students. The students at XIME have access to spacious classrooms with smartboards, two auditoriums, basketball courts, badminton courts, a cricket ground, a library with a good collection of books and access to all during and after working hours. They also provide an incubation centre and an IoT lab to promote entrepreneurial enthusiasm among the students. The students are expected to stay in the college hostel for a duration of 2 years since it is a residential programme. The hostel rooms are well maintained and each student is provided with a bed, study table and cupboard. Two kinds of rooms are available for girls: one with attached washrooms and one with common washrooms. For the boys, all the rooms have attached washrooms. The mess is also available for all the students, with a diverse menu set in mind for the diversity of students at the college. The menu is also updated regularly.
Faculty: The curriculum is revised regularly, delivered as per industry standards and has a mix of both theoretical and practical learning to make the students industry-ready. There are both academicians and faculty members who have good corporate experience. The exams are conducted regularly and there are two exams each term: a midterm and an endterm. The examinations are application based and they have a traditional as well as a practical approach to examinations. There is no pass percentage as such since the institution follows a system of relatively strict grading and the students are expected to maintain a CGPA of 4.8 or above.
Other: The college has different clubs, which provide students with a platform to showcase their talents and unwind from their hectic schedules. One con about the college is that it does not host many cultural events or recreational programs and is purely focused on activities and programs that enhance managerial skills.
