How to Fill UCEED 2019 Application Form

Candidates need to fill UCEED 2019 application form online on the official website of the design entrance exam. A point worth noting here is that the registration process for UCEED exam is conducted completely online and there is no scope of filling the application form for this exam in the offline mode.

As per UCEED exam dates, the application process for UCEED exam usually commences in the month of October, each year.

In order to fill UCEED application form, candidates need to first of all create their login ID. In order to register for Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), aspirants need to provide their details such as their full name, mobile number, date of birth as well as valid email ID. As soon as candidates successfully register for UCEED 2019 they will receive an email from UCEED authorities informing them about their UCEED application number as well as password. These details would also be sent on the aspirant’s registered mobile number.

Once candidates have registered for the design entrance exam then they need to provide their details which they need to fill on the online admission portal of Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design.

UCEED 2019 Important Documents

In order to successfully fill UCEED application form candidates need to ensure that they upload the below mentioned required documents along with their form:

• A recent colour photograph of the full (frontal) face. In the photo the head should be in the centre of the frame and should cover 70% to 80% of the photograph. The photo attached with the application form should not be older than six months. The photograph should in JPEG format.
• Scanned copy of a candidate’s signature on white paper should be attached with the application form. The signature should be in JPEG format.
• The qualifying examination certificate, if the candidate has appeared for the exam in 2018 should be included. The certificate should be in PDF format.
• Any candidate who is appearing for their Class 12 exam in 2019 need to submit a certificate from their school/ college principal in PDF format.

If the name of the candidate is not the same as that mentioned in his/ her Class XII certificate then such candidates need to submit a gazette notification indicating the change of name in PDF format.

UCEED 2019 Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the application fee for UCEED exam online. UCEED application fee is different for women, SC, ST, PwD and general candidates.

If any candidate is unable to pay the application fee within the stipulated time then he/ she needs to pay a late fee of Rs 500.
