How to Fill UCEED 2020 Application Form?

UCEED application forms were released on October 9. Go through step-by-step guidelines on how to successfully fill UCEED application form 2020.

UCEED application form can be filled by aspirants online only. To fill the application form for UCEED 2020 candidates need to visit the official website of the design entrance exam. Candidates need to note that they need to complete the application process of Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) within the stipulated time mentioned in the UCEED admission brochure.

UCEED 2020 application process started on October 9 and candidates can complete the application process with regular fee by November 9, 2019. UCEED officials also provide aspirants with an opportunity to fill UCEED application form with late fee till November 16, 2019.

While filling the application form for UCEED exam, candidates need to first register for the exam and create their login ID. To register for UCEED 2020, candidates need to provide their details such as:

Full name	Mobile number
Date of birth	Email ID

Once this is done candidates receive an email from UCEED authorities which contains their application number and password. These details are also sent on the aspirant’s registered mobile number. Thereafter, candidates need to fill their details in UCEED application form.

Important Documents for UCEED 2020

Candidates need to upload the below mentioned documents to register successfully for UCEED 2020:

• A recent colour photograph not older the six months. The photograph should capture the full (frontal) face of the candidates. In the photograph, the candidate’s head should be in the centre of the frame and it should cover 70% to 80% of the photo. The photograph should in JPEG format.
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature. The signature should be done on a white paper and should be in JPEG format.
• The qualifying examination certificate needs to be included if the candidate has appeared for the exam in 2019. The certificate should be in PDF format.
• Any candidate who is appearing for their Class 12 exam in 2019 needs to submit a certificate from their school/ college principal in PDF format.
• If the name of the candidate is not the same as the one mentioned in their Class XII certificate then such candidates need to submit a gazette notification indicating the change of name in PDF format.

Candidates need to note that UCEED 2020 application fee does not include service charges, processing fees and any other charges that the banks may charge.

If any candidate is unable to pay UCEED application fee within the stipulated time then he/ she needs to pay a late fee of Rs 500.
