Last date to upload Sample Work for NID BDes Admissions 2020 extended

National Institute of Design has extended the last date to upload Thematic Reflective Presentation and Sample of Work for admissions 2020. Get details about new NID admission process 2020 for BDes/ GDPD course.

NID has extended the last date to upload Thematic Presentation and Sample Work for Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD) course admissions 2020. Earlier, the last date to upload these documents was June 12, however, later National Institute of Design (NID) released a notification informing that candidates could upload their work to be shortlisted for admission in UG courses offered by the design school till 6 pm on June 13, 2020.

To upload Thematic Reflective Presentation and Sample of Work, candidates need to visit the official website of the design exam and login using their details such as email address and date of birth.

• Click on ‘Submit’ button

NID has changed NID Entrance Exam criteria for BDes and GDPD course admissions due to COVID-19 outbreak and the resulting lockdown.

NID Admission Cell has also changed the weightage allocated to NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains in order to create the result/ merit list. As per the earlier shortlisting criteria, the weightage allocated to NID DAT Prelims for BDes/ GDPD admissions was 30% and NID DAT Mains was allocated a weightage of 70%. However, the new weightage allocated to each of these exams for NID admissions 2020 is mentioned in the table below:
