CEED 2015: Exam pattern & test centres

CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design) 2015 is all set to be conducted on December 7, 2014 and the registrations for the same too have begun. The exam will be held in two parts - A & B. Aspirants taking the exam should answer both the parts.

While Part A is a computer based screening test comprising of multiple choice (MCQ) type questions, Part B consists of design and hand drawing type questions. Please note that aspirants who are shortlisted in Part A will qualify for the evaluation of Part B. Only Part B score will be used for CEED 2015 merit list.

Part A will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by Part B between 11:00 am and 13:00 pm.

Some key point to remember:

• Answers to Part A need to be given as one of the choices in the computer itself. However, students can give answers to Part B in the answer book provided by the invigilator. These answer books will be collected for manual correction at the end of the examination.
• Part A will be used as a screening test. If N is the total number of seats available in all the participating Institutes, then approximately the top 10xN candidates will be shortlisted from Part A.
