UCEED is being conducted for the second time by IIT Bombay on January 17, 2016. The last date to complete the application process for UCEED 2016 is November 14, 2015.
In order to successfully register for Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design 2016 (UCEED 2016), aspirants need to complete three steps, that is, register for the exam, complete the application process and pay the exam fee.
In the first and foremost step, aspirants need to login on the official website of UCEED exam and register for the exam. Here, candidates need to fill a form wherein they have to provide information regarding their name (as mentioned in their Class XII Board Exam), email address and mobile number.
After 5-7 minutes of submitting these details, candidates will receive a registration ID and password by SMS and email.
Candidates are advised to provide their correct phone number and email ID in this form. Apart from this, they also need to save and keep their UCEED Registration ID and password because all this information would be required at later stages of the exam like “checking their UCEED application status, correcting discrepancies, re-uploading documents, downloading Admit Card, checking UCEED Results, downloading Score Card, checking B.Des application status etc”, informs the official website of UCEED.
After signing in with the Registration ID and password candidates need to click on the “Go to Application Form” link which is present on the right hand side top corner.

Steps to register for UCEED 2016
In UCEED 2016 application form, candidates need to provide their personal details like their date of birth, nationality, birth category, gender, address, alternate email ID and alternate mobile number.
Further, aspirants need to fill in information regarding their educational qualifications such as Year of passing or appearing in 12th or equivalent, name of Board, Name of School/College, State, Address of School/ College and City/Town.
After filling these details, candidates need to select three exam centres of their choice for giving UCEED 2016.
Next, aspirants need to upload documents, that is, scanned copy of their photograph and signature. Finally, aspirants need to pay the exam fee on the official website.
UCEED 2016 Exam Centres
This design entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted in 14 test cities across India. Aspirants need to select three test centres at the time of filling the UCEED application form.
Also, once the application form is submitted, no request for change of city/test centre will be allowed under any circumstances
