The Phase 1 of the placement season at BITS Pilani, which commenced in August, concluded recently. According to reports, the highest domestic salary package offered this session stands at a whopping Rs. 28000000, while, the highest international package offered to a student is $108000.

Commenting on the placement session this year, Prof. M. S. Dasgupta from the Chief Placement Unit of BITS Pilani said, " The placement season went really well this year. It did not start off at good note to be honest but we didn’t expect it to end so well,”.

The placement drive at the institute is spread over two sessions. While the first one is conducted in August-November, the second one will commence in January and will continue till March.
