DASA UG 2017 Admissions
DASA(Direct Admission of Students Abroad) is a scheme of the HRD Ministry for admissions to premier institutes of India offering engineering/architecture/planning/management programmes at the UG (Undergraduate) and PG (Postgraduate) level. As part of the scheme, admissions are provided to Foreign Nationals/Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizen of India to programmes by the NITs(National Institutes of Technology), IIITs(Indian Institutes of Information Technology), SPAs(School of Planning and Architecture) and other Centrally Funded & Premier Technical Institutes.
For 2017, admissions to UG programmes at the premier Institutes of India under the DASA scheme will be coordinated by Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology(VNIT) Nagpur.
