I also tried for NITs but unfortunately, couldn’t succeed to get admission as I was unable to get my desired branch in it. I gave MHT CET, COMEDK and IMU CET. The difficulty level of these exams is quite low as compared to JEE. My JEE preparation helped me a lot to crack these exams.

Like any other parents, my parents were also concerned about my stream for higher secondary after my 10th class. However, I was sure about choosing Science as my career field because I always found it to be mysterious and magical. The various experiments, different concepts and phenomena associated with this field have always amazed me. I was greatly inclined to Mathematics but my parents wanted me to be a doctor. I was not good at Biology and studying it always felt like a war to me. Eventually, I convinced my parents about pursuing PCM in my 11th-12th standard. I have always been good with computers so I made up mind to pursue Computer Science engineering for my undergraduate degree.

I was in 11th grade when I came to know about JEE. In the beginning, I used to do self-study. But the lack of guidance and motivation led me to join the Aakash Institute for better preparation. I scored well in JEE and got admission to Army Institute of Technology. But I didn't perform great in my JEE exam to get the Computer Science branch and managed to get E&TC with my score. I am really happy with my decision of choosing this college as it provides a good environment for its students to learn coding. I finally got the chance to follow my passion here. I also tried for NITs but unfortunately, couldn’t succeed to get admission there as I was unable to get my desired branch in it. I gave MHT CET, COMEDK and IMU CET. But I did not want to join any college through these exams. The difficulty level of these exams is quite low as compared to JEE. My JEE preparation helped me a lot to crack these exams.

For a hosteler, the day starts at 6 in the morning. We exercise with the wardens and seniors for more than half an hour. The classes start at 9 in the morning to 4 in the evening. No classes are conducted on Saturday and Sunday. However, various club activities are organized at the weekend for the students.

Tons of activities like singing, coding competitions and sports events are organized in the college. Clubs are quite active and frequently organise events for students' entertainment. Army Institute of Technology is considered as the best institute in Pune for coding. AIT is like home as everyone from seniors to faculty members are like your family members. They are helpful, cordial and friendly. The seniors help their juniors in every situation and also mentor them.

If given a chance I would open more institutes like Army Institute of Technology in India. I feel that every individual should know the importance of discipline and rules in one's life. AIT has taught me the importance of discipline and time in my life. So, I would like all the students even the ones with no army background to experience it. The college has completely transformed me from an introvert to a confident extrovert.
