Rigorous practice & guidance from coaching helped me crack JEE: Ashutosh Tamrakar

When I was in standard 8, my parents asked me to set some goals in life and decide what I wanted to become in future. It was then that I started exploring my interests. By the time I reached standard 10, I tried lot of different things, and had gained knowledge about different kinds of professions and sports. I discovered that my interest is mainly in computer & other gadgets. So finally I decided to choose the field of modern technology. After 12^th, choosing a good college is a big challenge for every student. I prepared for JEE exam, and after counseling, I got a seat in Rustamji Institute of Technology.

How I cracked college admission

Getting admission in this college is big challenge. I got admission through JEE Mains. Rigorous practice and guidance from coaching helped me crack the exam. I joined Allen Career Institute to prepare for this exam. Students might get a little confused at the time of counseling, where one needs to fill in the choices. Other colleges where I was hoping to get enrolled are:

What I gained from my college years

Rustamji Institute of Technology has good campus facilities, well-furnished class rooms, well-equipped laboratories, and a big library with numerous books. I generally spend my time in class room, library and labs. I like to attend the classes where interesting topics are discussed and where I get to know about new things and ideas.

The college offers great opportunities in sports and athletics. The institute has won many medals in National and state level competitions in various games. I play football there. Soon I will be the part of the college football team.

The college has a great atmosphere and opportunities for all round development of students.

Studying in a college is a great experience itself. Our college provides numerous opportunities to grow as an individual. The college has a well-disciplined atmosphere since it belongs to the BSF. College has a language lab where one can learn various languages and hone his/her communication skills. Sports and gym facilities are also provided that can help an individual grow physically.

I am Ashutosh Tamrakar, and currently I am studying Computer Science Engineering from Rustamji Institute of Technology, BSF Academy, Tekanpur, Gwalior.
