I am highly satisfied with this college because of its diversified culture and course curriculum.
Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed every year in our college. Top recruiting companies are ITC, Tata Rallis, Big Basket, UPL, HDFC Bank, etc. Many students got internships in major companies like UPL, Agriculture Skill Council of India, Big Basket, Sriram Bioseed, Vegrow, etc. Top roles offered are procurement manager, territory manager, people relationship manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is good. Our college provides facilities like free high-speed Wi-Fi and a good library, where you can find numerous books regarding management, human resources, plantation, agriculture, etc. Our college provides access to every newspaper subscription for free. The hostel provides a single room for every student. The food served in the hostel is excellent, where you can diversity of food that can be eatable for all in India.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and highly knowledgeable. This curriculum is highly relevant, where every student can get holistic development and improve the skills that can make them industry-ready. The pass percentage is 99%, whereas the remaining percentage is due to absence during examinations. Exams are not much difficult. We have purely situation-based questions where it is not theoretical.
Other: I opted for this course because it is an agribusiness and plantation management where I can get knowledge about not only the agribusiness sector and also the plantation sector. Our college itself improves according to the situation. All events and fests are impeccable. Our college organises alumni meet after every six months, where we can improve the connectivity.

Faculty members here were good, but our college was not approved by UGC.
Placements: About 30% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and top companies like Vodafone, etc., recruit students from our college. Approximately 90% of the students got internships from here. Our college offers global exposure to Singapore.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. Extra or market business-oriented activities are conducted here. Our campus conducts a business tour to different companies like Mother Dairy, etc. Our college provides us with a platform to show our talent in fields like in swimming, chess, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have practice knowledge, and they conduct spontaneous activities to us and provide courage on how to handle hurdles and overcome them. They not only depend on books but also teach the things practically and use case studies of different colleges. So, the main thing which our college provides us with is a live case study.

Overall I can say is that IIPM-B is one of the best Agribusiness school in India.
Placements: 1. At present out of 90 students around 70 students got placed in corporates, however by the end of March 2020 everyone will be placed 2. The highest package offered is around 7.50 Lac/annum, the lowest is 4.1CTC, Average is 4.5L. 3. HDFC Bank, ITC, JK, Reliance etc. are the top recruiters. 4. Product manager role was offered. 6.90% people got placed in internship, and companies like Bayers, Mahyco seeds, ninjacart.
Infrastructure: 1. We have library, study rooms, volleyball court, 24hrs Wi-Fi, classrooms for ABPM, FBPM and MBA students, Tea Tasting centre, Spice board, rubber board, coffee board halls. 2. We are having the finest and hygienic food available in our mess, well maintained hostels and washrooms which were cleaned on regularly, once in a month a doctor will be visiting the institute and health insurance can be claimed for any health related issues and for sports we can play only volleyball, shuttle and table tennis.
Faculty: 1. Our faculty were highly qualified and experienced and has indepth knowledge about subject, we are getting top class teaching experience 2. The course is 100% relevant and every year the course is revised according to industry needs, so this makes the students for being ready for industry or corporate.
Other: 1. As I was a agriculture graduate I preferred Agribusiness over M.Sc. Agriculture where agribusiness has lot of scope over coming years in future. Our course is very unique where we can diversify ourselves into many sectors. 2. The placement cell should be improvised and the one who coordinating the placements should be replaced and make faculty involve in placement responsibilities. 3. Every year our college will be conduct business fests like Tempora, communion workshop, beunofesta, sports events like khelotsav and every culture events are respected and celebrated.

Really good infrastructure and teaching faculty which make you learn the things practically.
Placements: I have passed out from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management in 2019 with a campus placement in Rallis India Limited, a Tata enterprise. It has around 75 percent placement every year on an average. Package averages around 5-6 Lacs. Last year when I passed out, the highest package was 7 Lacs and the least was around 4 Lacs. Companies like Tata, Reliance, Bigbasket etc recruit from our college every year for different roles in Sales & marketing, retail, logistics segments.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure which includes library, computer lab, playground, well-built classrooms etc. It has a hostel facility along with a canteen where they serve food of both north and south Indian variety. Quality of food will be excellent but hostels are a little bit congested but okay.
Faculty: Teaching faculty was excellent from all parts of the country with immense experience and knowledge. Quality of teaching was awesome. The course curriculum is very much relevant and will make us ready for the industry which is forever dynamic. Students will get exposed to many industries and will get practical knowledge of many things. Corporate Training Segment will fetch you an experience of working in an organisation.
Other: I have chosen this course as I was very much interested to start my own business. Best things about this course is that it will give practical learning of everything related to the current scenario of Marketing and Business. The intake capacity of the college was a little bit more than their capacity. I think that is the one thing they should change.
