NCHMCT JEE 2015 Counselling Process

Candidates need to note that seat allotment in NCHMCT JEE is done on the basis of the candidate’s All India Rank in the exam, choices filled by them as well as the seats available for admissions at those colleges.

Aspirants need to register for the counselling round online in order to secure admissions in the first or second round of NCHMCT JEE exam counselling.

Candidates need to ensure that all the credentials mentioned by them while registering for counselling such as their personal information as well as category mentioned by them is correct.

After this, students need to fill the names of institutes as per their preference as well as their rank and lock the same. This choice list shall be valid for two rounds of allotment.

Withdrawal of seat and fee refund

Aspirants can even withdraw admissions even after they have been allotted seats for admissions in round 1 and round 2 of NCHMCT JEE 2015 counselling.

Such candidates can secure refund for the first semester fee paid by them. However, Rs 1000 that is paid towards counselling fee will not be refunded.

The refund of fee will be made through a Demand Draft (DD) which is drawn in favour of the name of the candidate within 45 days from the commencement of the academic session. This DD will be sent to the registered address as mentioned by the candidate in his/her application form by Speed Post.

Apart from this, regarding the refund policy the official information brochure of NCHMCT JEE 2015 informs that:

  • Candidates who could not be allotted seat during 1st and 2nd round of counselling shall also be eligible for full refund of fee except the counseling fee of Rs 1000 only.
  • Candidates who attended Spot Round of Counselling but could not be allotted any seat are eligible for full refund of fee except the counselling fee of Rs 1000 only.
  • Candidate who has been allotted a seat during 1st, 2nd or Spot Round of Counselling but withdraws in writing at NCHMCT, Noida before the date of commencement of classes at allotted college shall be eligible for 50% refund of 1st semester fee deposited by him/her and Caution Money in full.
  • Candidate who withdraws after attending the classes at the allotted college shall be eligible for refund of Caution Money only. Caution Money shall be refunded by the respective college.
