How to fill NCHMCT JEE 2017 Application Form
NCHMCT JEE 2017 is conducted to offer admission to aspirants in hospitality programmes offered by colleges affiliated to NCHM. Aspirants are eligible to apply for NCHMCT JEE if they have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent examination) from a recognised board with English as a subject.
National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam 2017 (NCHMCT JEE 2017) will be held across 33 test centres in the country.
Aspirants can apply for NCHMCT JEE exam on the official website of NCHMCT which is an autonomous body falling under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
In order to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2017, candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 800 if they belong to the General/OBC categories or Rs 400 if they belong to SC/ST/PD categories.

Step 1: Select Mode of Payment |
Here, candidates have to select between applying for NCHMCT JEE exam through Credit/Debit (Visa or MasterCard) or Demand Draft. |

Step 3: Fill NCHMCT JEE 2017 Application Form |
In the form, one needs to provide information regarding their test city of choice, name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, address, email ID and educational qualifications. After filling all these details aspirants can either reset the form if it has not been filled as per their liking or submit their application form. |
Step 4: Pay Application Fee |
In this step, first of all candidates are shown their filled-in application form for NCHMCT JEE 2017. Next, they are asked to fill in the name of the credit/debit card holder and his/her contact number. Once these details are filled aspirants are led to the payment gateway to pay the application fee for the exam. |
Step 5: Print NCHMCT JEE 2017 Application Form |
Once the fee is paid successfully, candidates are allotted an “auto-generated Application Number”. Next, aspirants need to save the print version of the application form. After this, candidates need to take a clear print out of their NCHMCT JEE 2017 application form. |
Step 6: Affix Photograph & Signature |
In the last and final step, aspirants need to put their passport size photograph along with their signature in the space provided on the NCHMCT exam application form. |
How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2017 Application Form with Photograph & Signature
Step 1: Create a login account
Candidates need to provide details such as their name, date of birth, category and email ID. Aspirants need to fill these details very carefully because no provision to edit or modify information provided will be given at a later stage.
Step 2: Confirmation Window
After you successfully submit the details in the login form, then a dialogues box opens which states: “Successfully logged in. An Acknowledgement has been sent to your Email-ID. Now you can login using your email-id and date of birth to fill the online application form, Uploading of your photograph and signature and payment of examination fee”.
Step 3: Fill Application Form
In the form, one needs to provide information regarding their test city of choice, name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, address, email ID and educational qualifications.
Step 4: Upload Photograph & Signature
Next, candidates need to upload their photo and signature in their NCHMCT application form. Aspirants need to note that their upload image size should not be greater than 50KB and the image type should be jpg/jpeg only.
Step 5: Pay Application Fee
Here, candidates need to select the mode of paying the application fee for NCHMCT JEE exam, that is, Credit Card/Debit Card/DD.
Step 6: Print Application
Once the fee is paid successfully, candidates are allotted an “auto-generated Application Number”. Next, aspirants need to save the print version of the application form. After this, candidates need to take a clear print out of their NCHMCT JEE 2017 application form.
Candidates are informed that once they pay the exam fee, they will not be allowed to make any modification to their application form for NCHMCT JEE 2017 exam.
