NCHMCT JEE 2015: Exam Analysis
NCHMCT JEE 2015 was conducted on April 25, 2015. The exam was of three hours, that is, it was conducted from 10 am to 1 pm.
Many test centres in North India experienced jolts of the earthquake that hit Nepal yesterday. Students who took the exam in test centres in Kolkata shared that even though their chairs and tables were shaking during the exam; the centre authorities did not proceed with any evacuation and asked the students to continue giving the examination. However, students who took the exam in Patna and Lucknow shared that they had to leave their exam hall because of the earthquake and due to this they wasted 20-25 minutes. Also, due to this entire experience they felt off-balance and so were not able to perform well in the exam.

Most of the experts, Shiksha.com spoke to shared that overall the questions asked in NCHMCT JEE 2015 question paper were easy. Maximum questions were asked in the English section. However, the Aptitude for Service Sector section was the easiest. Anyone could attempt the questions in that section.
The test paper for NCHMCT JEE 2015 had four sets- A, B, C and D. The questions in all the sets were similar. Basically only the questions were shuffled.
Also, the question paper of NCHMCT JEE like previous years was not handed over to aspirants and was collected along with the answer sheets filled by candidate during the time of the exam.
NCHMCT JEE 2015 English Section Analysis
The English section had the maximum number of questions. Elaborating on the same, Pradeep Babbar of Ace Education said, “English Section had maximum question, 60-70 questions were asked in that section. Rest all had 30 questions”. He further shared that in previous years the English section mostly had 2-3 comprehensions and apart from that there were questions on – correct the sentence, check spelling mistakes etc. However, this year in English “no other questions were asked, just 5-6 passages were there. No questions were asked from idioms, correct the sentence, spot spelling mistakes etc.”
NCHMCT JEE 2015 Aptitude for Service Sector Analysis
On the other hand, experts shared that the Aptitude for Service Sector was the easiest. Chirag Jain of Atulya Coaching Institute said, “Service Aptitude Section was the easiest out of all the sections. Students can score full marks in this section”.
NCHMCT JEE 2015 General Knowledge & Current Affairs Analysis
Questions asked in this section were as expected nothing out of the ordinary was there. Prerna Khanna of Smart Prep said, “Many questions on post holders were asked and anyone who has been up-to-date with the recent happenings in India and abroad till March end will be able to perform well in the section. In fact, some of the questions were exactly the same as the ones we made students solve in the last mock test they gave before the exam".
NCHMCT JEE 2015 Reasoning and Logical Deduction Analysis
The questions asked in this section were along the lines of the ones asked in previous years. But experts share that in some questions candidates needed to apply some thought.
NCHMCT JEE 2015 Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude Analysis
The questions asked in this section were a bit tricky and candidates needed to apply time and thought in solving the questions correctly. However, in most of the sets no question was asked to test the analytical aptitude of aspirants.
