NCHMCT JEE 2015: How to apply Online

National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE) is conducted every year by NCHMCT for students interested in securing admissions in various hospitality and hotel administration programmes offered at 15 private Hotel Management (HM) institutes, 14 State Government Institutes and 21 Central Institutes in India.

Students who meet the eligibility criteria of NCHMCT JEE 2015 as stated on the official website of the council can fill-in NHMCT JEE 2015 online application form till April 6, 2015. The admit card for students who would be successful in filling and submitting the application forms on or before the last date of applying will be made available on the council’s official website on April 18, 2015. NCHMCT JEE 2015 is scheduled to be conducted on April 25, 2015 and the results for the same will be declared by the second week of May. Go through NCHMCT JEE 2015 important dates here.

As part of this hotel management entrance exam, candidates are required to pay Rs 800 as application fee if they are from the General/OBC category and Rs 400 for SC/ST/PD categories. The eligible candidates can apply online by following the steps given below:

STEP 1: In the first step of applying online for NHMCT JEE 2015, you are required to visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2015. 

STEP 2: Next, you need to click on the “Apply Online” button and as soon as you do that, a new webpage will appear on your computer screen which will provide you with an option to select your payment mode/preference.

STEP 3: In the third step, choose the payment option which you find appropriate.

STEP 4: If you wish to make the payment through Credit/Debit (approved by Master/Visa) card, click on the link stating – Click here to Apply through Credit/Debit Card. However, if you wish to make payment via Demand Draft, click on the link, “Click here to Apply through Demand Draft”.

STEP 5: Those who choose to pay via credit/debit card are required to provide the requisite details of their card at the time of paying the application fee. While those who choose to apply online through Demand Draft, need to have the demand draft ready before filling up the registration form. The DD should be drawn in favour of 'NCHMCT' payable at Noida/Delhi, in advance.

STEP 6: Click on ‘Click here to Apply Online’ Button.

STEP 7: Fill the online application form. After filling the form appropriately, click on the ‘Proceed Next’ button. The information filled by you would be displayed. If you wish to change any information, click on the button ‘Back to Edit Application Form’. However, if there is no change in information, click on ‘Pay Now!’ button. Carefully recheck each and every field before you submit the form online as no editing is possible once you submit it. A unique application number will be allotted to you on successful submission of online application form and will appear on print version of the form.

STEP 8: Save the print version of you application form before you proceed to print it.

STEP 9: Affix you photograph (passport size) and place your signature in the space provided on the print version of application form. Keep a photocopy of the form for future correspondence.

STEP 10: Despatch the duly completed printout of your application form with your photograph and signature at the below mentioned address:
