Oberoi STEP 2016 interview dates, time and locations
Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development has invited applications from interested candidates to secure admission in Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) offered by it.
In the STEP programme, Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD) offers practical training to shortlisted candidates in any hotel of The Oberoi Group for 5 days in a week and academic education would be provided to candidates through distance learning means.
Oberoi STEP offers two hotel management programmes to aspirants, these are – Hotel Operations Programme and Kitchen Operations Programme. The Hotel Operations Programme consists of two streams which are Front Office/Food and Beverage Service and Housekeeping.
