Dear Bhavya,You can go for One and Half year craft course certificate in food production.Many coleges offer this course.Check with CAI

One has to be very clear if he/she wants to go into Hospitality or Culinary.If you want Hospitality then you should go for Hotel Management.If one wants to go into Culinary then they should opt only for Bachelor's in Culinary Arts. Best for Culinary Arts is Culinary Academy of India,Hyderabad.
