The second hotel management college set up by the Ministry on Food, Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), New Delhi was established in 1962.

IHM New Delhi or IHM Pusa is the first hotel management college in India to receive Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) approval.

ITM- FHRAI Institute of Hotel Management, Greater Noida

Established in 2002 by the name ITM - Institute of Hotel Management, this hotel management college offers students with degrees that are recognised by Mumbai University as well as Queen Margret University, Scotland.

In 2013, ITM- IHM joined hands with Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Association of India (FHRAI), Greater Noida and thus the name of the college was changed to ITM- FHRAI Institute of Hotel Management.

Apart from Greater Noida, the college also has campuses at Navi Mumbai, Oshiwara and Bangalore.
