Delhi University to remain closed after lockdown extension, DUET registrations on hold
The DUET 2020 registrations are put on hold due to COVID-19 outbreak. Delhi University to remain shut till May 3, 2020.
The Delhi University has closed its doors further as the nation-wide lockdown has been extended from April 14, 2020 to May 3, 2020. With the lockdown in effect due to the global pandemic known as COVID-19, Delhi University has released a statement and informing its students that the university and colleges will remain shut till May 3, 2020. For the 2020/21 academic year, the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) has been put on hold till further notice is received.
The Delhi University has asked granted access to teachers and students to access the Library resources from home by providing VPN connection. DU also has provided details of online platforms and services for teaching and various learning resources.
About DUET 2020
The Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) online registrations have been put on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak. The online registration for the 2020/21 academic year was to be open on April 2, 2020, however, the registrations have been put on hold as the university is closed till May 3, 2020. Through DUET, students can get admission in various undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil, PhD, certificate, diploma and PG diploma courses which are offered at the university. DUET 2020 is conducted on behalf of the National Testing Agency (NTA).
