Delhi University admission process usually commences in the month of May and end by July each year. As part of DU admission process, University of Delhi releases cutoffs and candidates who meet these cutoffs need to complete their admission process within the time duration specified by the varsity. Delhi University has shared that it would be releasing only five cutoffs for DU admissions 2018.

It is a known fact that DU cutoffs are extremely high and year on year aspirants need to meet these cutoffs in order to secure admission in the course as well as DU College in which they aspire to secure admission. In order to provide students with an advantage, some Delhi University colleges offer marks advantage to girl students as well as offer percentage advantage to students who have studied Modern Indian Languages (MIL).

As per DU Colleges, different percentage advantage is offered for different modern Indian languages. Some of the languages in which candidates are offered percentage advantage include – Sanskrit, Urdu, Sindhi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu etc. A point to note here is that Hindi is not considered among modern Indian languages and so candidates are not offered marks advantage in this subject.

I passed 12th this year. My subjects in 12 commerce with maths and additional sanskrit. I want admission in b.com course. Do I get any relaxation
