IDSK M.Phil Development Studies Entrance Exam

Institute of Development Studies Kolkata (IDSK) conducts an entrance exam for admissions to 2 years Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) program in Development Studies. The exam for the year 2013 is scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, July 13.

Eligibility:

• For MA/MSc/MCom or professional courses like Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Law, MBA etc, students must have scored an aggregate of 55% marks from University of Calcutta or 60% marks in aggregate from any other recognized university.
• There is a relaxation of 5% marks in the case of SC/ST students.
• Applicants other than those, who have cleared NET, SET, or any other national level eligibility test, are required to appear for an entrance test.

Application procedure:

• Students need to obtain the application form from the IDSK's office by paying Rs 250
• Requests by Requests by mail must accompany a DD for Rs 250
• Students can also download the form from the institute's website.In this case, a DD for Rs 250 in favor of Institute of Development Studies Kolkata payable at Kolkata (Calcutta) must be submitted along with the application.
• The filled?in application form along with attested copies of marksheets and certificates should reach the IDSK office before last date.
