NIRF College Ranking 2024

The Ministry of Education announced the NIRF 2024 rankings on August 12, 2024. This year, Hindu College has topped the list. Last year's NIRF college rankings deemed Miranda House the best college in the country. However, this year it has secured rank 2. St. Stephen's College, Rama Krishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College, etc. have also made it to the top of the NIRF 2024 college rankings. NIRF Ranking Parameters with Weightage for Top Colleges in India 2024

The NIRF rankings for colleges and universities are based on different parameters. Colleges and universities under all categories are ranked based on five evaluation parameters – Teaching and Learning Resources (TLR), Graduation Outcome (GO), Perception (PR), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), and Research and Professional Practice (RP). Under each of these parameters, colleges and universities have been evaluated out of a total score of 100. Each parameter has a certain weightage and institutes are evaluated out of a total score of 500. Given below are the NIRF ranking parameters along with the assigned weightage for each parameter:
