University of Mysore PGEE - Postgraduate Entrance Exam
University of Mysore (UoM) will be conducting the Postgraduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) for admission to all PG programs offered by the University, other PG centers and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2013-14.Courses are offered in:
- Faculty of Arts: M.A
- Faculty of Science & Technology: M.Sc, M.Tech, M.L.Sc, M.A, M.Sc Tech
- Faculty of Commerce: MBA, M. B.Tech, M.Com, MFM
- Faculty of Education: M.Ed, M.PEd
- Faculty of Law: LL.M
Eligibility:
Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
Exam pattern:
- This one and a half hour exam encompasses multiple choice questions worth 50 marks and there are no negative marking for any wrong answer.
- Students can download the syllabus and model question paper from university website
How to apply:
- Aspirants can download the application form from the University of Mysore and submit the same along with a demand draft of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) as application fee in favour of “The Finance Officer, University of Mysore, Mysore” payable at Mysore.
- The completed application form along with DD needs to be sent/submitted to The Coordinator, PGEEC, Pareeksha Bhavan, Behind Crawford Hall, University of Mysore, Mysore-05 . It should reach the addres on or before July 1, 2013 latest by 5.00 pm.
- The DD and application should not be sent to the Finance Officer.
- Candidates willing to apply for more than one course shall submit separate application along with separate DD.
