Q: What if I do not qualify the NIMCET?
In case candidates fail to obtain the cut off marks or rank, they may appear for NIMCET next year as well. It is to be noted that:
NIMCET will be conducted in three parts with 120 multiple choice questions.
Part I (70 minutes duration) consists of Mathematics (50 questions).

This is the eligibility criteria of NIMCET 2024: Candidates must be a citizen of India. Candidates must be holding graduation degree, such as BCA/B.Sc (Hons)/B.Sc/ BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised University. Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree. General category candidates need to score at least 60% marks or score 6.5 CGPA aggregate. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to obtain at least 55% marks or score 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale in an aggregate of all subjects.
