AILET 2016 Topper Karan Dhalla is a 'Breaking Bad' TV Series Fan
A student of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, Karan Dhalla topped AILET 2016 by securing 119 marks out of a total of 150. A football enthusiast, Karan shares that he did not follow any rigid time table to prepare for All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). He says, “I'm horrible at following rigid time tables. So, I studied whatever I felt like studying, whenever I felt like studying”.
Both of Karan’s parents are dentists, thus, medicine was his first field of preference. However, now he wants to make a career in the field of law.
An extremely chilled out student, Karan follows hobbies like – Dancing, Horse Riding, Philanthropy and Bathroom Singing.
In order to prepare for law entrance exams, Karan took coaching from Career Launcher. He also appeared for other popular law entrances like – CLAT, IP CET, SET and Christ Law Entrance Exam.
When we asked Karan, how he dealt with his strengths and weaknesses while preparing for the exam, he shared that he, “didn't really quantify anything as a strength or a weakness”, in the first place.
With every reason to be excited at this feat, Karan said that in the near future he shall be celebrating with family and friends. Talking about his future plans, he shared that in the distant future, he wants to specialise “in Mergers and Acquisitions. Or gain the requisite skills to be a ‘Saul Goodman’ ripoff”.
