WITH THE advent of various radio channels, radio jockey has become an exciting career options among the youth of our country. A radio jockey must have passion to connect and interact with people. He should have his own style of talking and should know how to modulate his voice and sound differently in order to increase the fan following. A beginner can earn between Rs 7000 and Rs 15000. Some channels pay on the basis of shows conducted. Youngsters bubbling with new ideas, concepts and enthusiasms prefer this profession. Radio jockey is a talent based profession.
