APICET 2016 syllabus & pattern
APICET is a 2.5 hours (150 minutes) exam that is designed to evaluate an aspirant’s capability of thinking systematically, and making use of mathematical and verbal skills. The candidates need to attempt 200 questions that carry 1 mark each in a duration of 2.5 hours.
This year, the exam has been scheduled for May 16, 2016, and the results of the same will be declared on May 27, 2016. Candidates filling in the application form of the exam must make sure that they are eligible for the exam. Applications of those who do not comply by the criteria, will be rejected.

Candidates appearing for the exam, must keep a check on their accuracy. APICET is an objective type test wherein candidates are provided multiple choices – one option needs to be chosen as the correct answer. Any question that has more than one answer, will be ignored while allotting marks. While answering the questions on the OMR sheets, candidates must darken the relevant circles using a blue or black ball point pen only.
Candidates must carry their respective admit cards to the exam hall.
