CAT 2015 topper profiles: 17 engineers, including a woman, score 100 percentile!
CAT 2015 results have finally been declared by IIM Ahmedabad and TCS on mobile. Test takers have received SMSs with their overall CAT 2015 percentiles. The results have also been declared on the official website.
Seventeen candidates, including a woman, have scored 100 percentile in CAT 2015. And all the 17 candidates are from engineering background.
With 10,359 candidates, Pune emerged as the city with the highest number of test takers across the country.
Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad released a report today evening with several details pertaining to CAT 2015. According to the statement, 218664 candidates had registered but only 179602 candidates appeared for the exam on November 29, 2015.

As per our calculations, there should be 17 or 18 candidates scoring a perfect 100 percentile.
Know CAT 2015 100 percentilers:
1. Prateek Bajpai
According to initial reports, Prateek Bajpai, passout from National Institute of Technology - Tiruchirappalli has scored a perfect 100 percentile. Bajpai belongs from Indore and is currently working.
"I would work for 12 hours a day, six days a week. After working from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, I'd come home and devote another two to three hours to CAT preparation," he told Shiksha.

2. Sanuj Mittal
The next candidate to score 100 percentile is Sanuj Mittal. Mittal is pursuing Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Delhi Technological University.
"Practising as much as you can and attempting as many mock tests as you can is the basic strategy to crack the exam. This is the only strategy that every CAT aspirant must follow," he said.

3. Chirag Jha
Chirag Jha is currently pursuing Chemical Engineer from IIT Bombay. He has a placement offer from Hindustan Unilever. A football lover, he's also a playwright, who's written more than three plays. He was also a member of Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay's cultural fest.
“Don’t be disheartened with your mock scores. When I started attempting mock tests, my scores were not too encouraging. But it improved with time,” says Jha.

4. Nischay Budhiraja
Delhi-based Nischay Budhiraja is currently pursuing Chemical Engineering (final year) at IIT Roorkee. He has a placement offer for Ola Cabs and wants to study finance at IIM Ahmedabad.
“Analyse your mock tests well. After every test, go back and check every answer thoroughly. Look for alternate ways to solve the paper. And do not get disheartened to see low scores in mocks,” he says.

5. V.K. Giri
Bhopal-based V K Giri is an electrical engineer from Bhopal scored 100 percentile in common admission test (CAT). Giri pursued diploma from SV Polytechnic, Bhopal after Class 10. Post his diploma, he pursued BE from Samrat Ashok Technical Institute (Vidisha).
6. Sabyasachi Mishra
Odisha-based Mishra is currently in his fourth year of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. He is a member of Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Kharagpur.
7. Pranit Arora
Delhi-based Pranit Arora is currently pursuing BTech in Production and Industrial engineering (final year) from IIT Delhi.
8. This faculty from IMS Coaching has scored 100 percentile for the sixth time in a row. He, however, prefers anonymity and doesn't wanna disclose his details to the media.
