Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) is all set to commence its 4 day annual cultural fest, Chaos-2013 on December 26.

The theme for the cultural extravaganza this year is- Tribute to Indian Cinema, marking hundred years of cinema in India. The fest is organized by students of the two-year Post-Graduate Programme (PGP) at IIM-Ahmedabad.

As part of the event agenda, attendees will take part in events such as pit stop challenge organized by Sahara Force India F1 Team. Students can take part in many competitive events in the fields of arts, dramatics, literature, gaming and music.

The event will also give an opportunity to Femina Miss India 2014 aspirants to take part in the “Walk to Fame” contest and get a chance to win direct entry into finals of Miss India Mumbai auditions.

The much awaited and famed quiz competition 'Nihilanth' will also be conducted at this cultural fest. This inter-IIM and IIT quiz competition will take place between 160 participants (from 13 IIMs and 16 IITs) and see them battle it out to win the coveted title.

Goonga Pehelwan, a movie-on the life and struggles of wrestler Virender Singh with hearing disability, will also be shown as part of a special screening at Chaos.

Entry is on ticket basis which can be bought online at BookMyShow or can even be collected at IIM-Ahmedabad campus as well as other offline vendors in the city.

Launched in 1996, Chaos is expected to have a footfall of 70,000 this year. Students from over 80 schools and universities across the country participate in IIM Ahmedabad’s Chaos, making it the largest cultural fest conducted by a business school in India.
