Step 4: Candidates who have been shortlisted by their desired college should appear for the GD-PI-WAT rounds to secure admission to the MBA programme as required
Step 5: If the candidate is selected after the GD/PI rounds, they will receive the final admission offer letter and will be required to pay the acceptance fee.
Direct MBA Admission Through Management Quota
Many MBA colleges in India offer admission through a management quota. Some percentage of seats in these colleges are reserved for students taking admission through the management quota. As the name suggests, such seats are filled by the recommendations of the management or administration.
Many colleges also reserve seats for Foreign students under the NRI quota. Students are invited for admission to the MBA programme by the principal or director of the un-aided institute by posting an advertisement on the college’s website or other media channels.

The following is the criteria for MBA admissions through management quota:
- Candidate should have passed graduation with a minimum aggregate required by the institute
- Students opting for direct admission in MBA without entrance exam through the management quota are not eligible to avail scholarships
- They must submit the required documents during the time of admission such as Class 10, 12 and graduation marksheet, character certificate, migration certificate, transfer certificate and passport-size photographs.
