FMS Delhi releases admission cut-offs for 2016-18 batch; PI to begin on April 12

The admission cut-offs to MBA program for the batch of 2016-18 have been announced by The Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

According to sources, 2157 candidates have been shortlisted for 216 seats that are available in the program. The next stage of the admission process, i.e. Personal Interview will commence on April 12, 2016 and will continue till April 18, 2016.

Out of 2157 shortlisted candidates, 1010 comprised of general category, 540 OBC, 150 ST, and 300 SC candidates. PW candidates shortlisted for Extempore/PI are 57, while CW candidates shortlisted for the same are 100. Candidates must note that instead of Group Discussion, Extempore will be a part of PI round.

Here are 10 things you didn’t know about FMS Delhi

This year, candidates have been shortlisted on the basis of composite scores awarded with the candidate’s sectional weightage. The score of candidates who registered with FMS is computed by giving the following weightage to the scores provided by the CAT Centre (2015 exam):

Example: Composite Score = ∑(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks for the Section

Shortlisting criteria:

Candidates appearing for PI round must ensure that they duly fill up the proforma, which is available on the official website. Also, they must note that the following documents are sent along with the proforma:

• Date of birth certificate
• Educational Qualifications Certificates
• Scorecard of CAT 2015
• Reservation Claim Certificate (If any
