Goa Institute of Management wraps up final placements 2015

Goa Institute of Management (GIM) has concluded the final placement process for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) for the outgoing batch of 2015. As compared to last year, there has been a 10% increase in the average salary. Around 40% of the students were offered a salary of more than Rs 9 lakhs.

According to report, the highest salary bagged by GIM’s student is Rs 13.15 lakh per annum. While, the average CTC stood this time is Rs 8.75 lakhs per annum.
Out of the total strength of 245 students, 14 students opted out of the placement process. In total 231 placement offers were made by 56 participating recruiters.

Big names like Accenture, AQ Insights, Bisleri, Blue Ocean, Cognizant, Deloitte, eClerx, Emerson, Fidelity, HDFC, HCL Technologies, HDFC Life, Infosys BPO , Tata Motors, Thought Works, WCCLG, Millward Brown, Syntel, Syntel KPO, United Breweries, IMRB, Godrej & Boyce, Fidelity, Pidilite, KPMG, Verity, JP Morgan, Nielsen, Tata Capital, TCS, Mastek, Infosys, Wipro Technologies, Photon Infotech and Odessa Technologies participated in this year campus placement.
