ISB invites applications for one-year PGP course

The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) offered by the Indian School of Business (ISB) is a one-year, full-time residential programme ideal for young working professionals. The programme provides diverse learning opportunities through interactions with global faculty, a highly qualified peer group, experiential learning, industry interventions, international exposure, and more.

ISB currently has two campuses – Hyderabad and Mohali. The School follows a unified process for admissions and placements. ISB is the first business school in South Asia to achieve the AACSB Accreditation.

Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, applicant needs to meet the following requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • GMAT scores that fulfill validity criteria during the time of admission
  • Prior Work Experience: There is no minimum or maximum work experience required to apply to PGP.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience, you can apply through the Early Entry Option. A deferred admission may be offered to such applicants, contingent upon the candidate completing 24 months of work experience at the time of joining the programme.
  • TOEFL / IELTS, only if the medium of instruction during undergraduate education was not English.
  • Post meeting the above requirements, a candidate needs to submit an online application package consisting of essays, recommendation letters and official transcripts.

After evaluating all the above, applicants are shortlisted for an interview. This year, interviews will take place between October and November for the first cycle and between December and February for the second cycle. A panel of ISB representatives conduct the personal interviews in Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Overseas applicants will have a telephone interview or can opt to visit the campus for the interview in person.

Decision is taken after all the interviews are conducted. An admission offer is made to applicants who are accepted into the programme.

 

Application Fee               

The application fee to apply for PGP is Rs 3,371 (approximately USD 60). The fee needs to remitted only at the time of submitting an application through a credit card or internet banking (Debit Cards not accepted). The application fee for re-applicants is Rs 1,124 (approximately USD 20).

The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Course Fee

Total fees ranges between Rs 23,98,414 – Rs 25,23,134.

For Early Entry Option:

  • Amount payable at the time of admission: 1 Lakh INR + service tax
  • Amount payable 6 months prior to joining the programme: 1 Lakh INR + service tax
  • Tuition fee payable will be as applicable as per the year of joining the programme
