KMAT 2016 May held successfully

The all India KMAT 2016 was held successfully on May 29 at various centres across the country.

The exam paper was divided into 3 sections, and consisted of 120 objective type questions. The result will be declared on June 16, 2016.

KMAT 2016: Important dates

The paper-pen test was conducted between 3-5 pm on May 29. The question paper carried 120 multiple choice answer type questions, dived into four sections, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability and Logical Reasoning.

Another test will be conducted on July 24, 2016.

Candidates who will make it to the merit list, will be invited for selection cum counselling process. The admission will be offered on the basis of performance in the test and counselling.

The state-level entrance examination is a gateway for admission to post graduate level programs offered by MBA colleges and B-schools in Karnataka. More than 150 colleges across the state accept KMAT scores. The exam will be conducted in paper-pencil mode, and will be of moderate difficulty.

Colleges accepting KMAT scores include, Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences (AIMS), Alliance University, IFIM Business School, MP Birla Institute, M S Ramaiah, Mount Carmel, PESIT among others.
