MAT 2016 Sep application form and process
MAT 2016 Sep exam will be conducted in two modes- computer-based and paper-based mode. Pencil-paper test will be held on September 4, 2016 from 10 am to 12:30 pm and computer-based test will take place on September 10, 2016 in different time-slots booked by the candidates.

Candidates willing to appear for the exam must ensure that they fill up the application form completely and correctly. The fee for the exam is Rs 1200. Before filling in the application form, candidates must make sure that they comply by the eligibility criteria of the exam. Candidates who fail to fill in the application form will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Also, candidates must note that they carry the admit cards to the exam hall.
Before filling out the application form, candidates must be ready with the following:
- Scanned copy of latest photograph (preferably on a white background). Candidates must ensure that the size of the photograph does not exceed 50KB.
- A valid e-mail ID.
- Scanned copy of candidate’s signature. The size of signature must not exceed 30KB.
- Both the photograph and signature should be in jpg/ jpeg format.

How to apply for the exam?
The exam form can be filled online or online.
Online
The exam fee can be paid online using Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking or Mobile Wallet.
At the time of applying, candidates can choose to or not to upload their signature and photograph.
- To upload photograph & signature image: Visit the official website and enter the personal details. Upload signature and photograph and pay exam fee using Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking.
- To apply without uploading photograph & signature image: Candidates who want to apply without uploading their photograph and signature, can make the payment online and take a printout of the application form. Next, candidates need to paste their photograph on the form and sign the form. Once done, the complete application form must be sent to AIMA, New Delhi.
Offline
To apply offline, the candidate has to visit AIMA office in New Delhi and ask for a hard copy of the application form by making a payment of Rs 1200. This form then needs to be filled and a colored passport sized photograph needs to be pasted on the form. The completed form then needs to be submitted at AIMA office.
