Mystory@Amrendra Singh: How I made my career - the challenges & successes

When I did my BCom in 2007, there was a craze of management related courses and the prospects for these courses were very good.

I took guidance from my colleagues and friends, and finally decided to take admission in BBA. Then, I did MBA with Marketing as my major and HR as a minor because of my interest in communicating with the people.

I also liked the prospects of travelling and getting recognition associated with travel, so marketing as a sub-specialisation offered the best prospects in this field.

I chose Human Resource Development as a minor, because to deal with people you must have some knowledge about human behavior, their nature and some special skills to deal in any situation either in the corporate setting or in your personal life.
