By: Vishal Singh Pal
One should work on learning new skills of several domains to meet the set goals.
As we all know about the pandemic “coronavirus”, due to this pandemic every entrance exams are postponed and the dates are not yet decided. I would suggest you all not to distract and focus on preparing for the exam.
After students take their entrance exams, the main question that comes in their minds is what’s next? what’s new?
When you take the MAT exam the following steps:
- Prepare for the GD and PI round and take guidance from an expert or coaching institute, which are providing this facility
- If you have appeared for any other entrance exam, prepare for the same
- Appear for any government exams like the banking sector, defence sector to get a hang of giving exams
- Search the top B schools and make a list including the details such as fee, faculties, infrastructure, location, etc.
- After the result, check the number of colleges you are getting shortlisted
In this article, I want to add something new like if you people want to build your career in any other fields like digital marketing, photography, and many other courses, which may be your hobby. People cannot pursue the same due to lack of time, hence, the individual should focus on their career.
After taking MAT, I started certification courses like Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, and many other certificate courses available online. Also, I started to study the topics online through YouTube as per the syllabus. I suggest people do the same as when you go to college and get the new syllabus in a new environment which might lead to confusion. Therefore, the students have to be prepared for this situation.
As I am from the Science background so learning the financial subject is challenging for me and this is the reason I studied consistently to get a firm grip on the subject.
After joining the college, the students should focus on enhancing their skills and gaining knowledge while enjoying their college life. Focus on managing time properly to learn new skills and achieve the set goals. These skills would help in fetching a good placement or internship in a reputed company. Hence, students should focus on learning and working towards enhancing their skills every day.
